Vet bill for Bubba, my best friends cat

I am trying to raise money for my best friend and her family as their pet cat has been violently mutilated by someone who lives extremely close to them. Bubbas ears have been cut off and he has a hug gash all the way down his back which is showing all his skin. This act of violence has cause severe heartbreak and not to mention the trauma to bubba!
