Vandals Destroyed our Soccer Field

Monday night someone drove their vehicle onto our Contra Costa Christian Schools (CCCS) soccer field and proceeded to do several donuts. They have torn up the lawn making it impossible to play on. If that wasn't bad enough, they returned Thursday night and did even more damage.

The CCCS middle school soccer season was meant to start on Wednesday of this week. As of now, we have no field to play our home games.

The cost of sod alone to repair the field is over $46,000.  Insurance is still being vetted and the financial goal will be updated as we learn more.  It is not expected  that the insurance will cover the cost to replace the field and protect it from future vandalism.
