Valentina was born on July 5, 2014 with a brain condition that has delayed the development of the right side of her body. On September 22nd, she was diagnosed with Viral Encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) in Guatemala and within hours of getting to the hospital she was transferred into the ICU.

Due to her pre-exisiting condition, the recovery process has been a lot slower than expected, even with the treatment she is receiving. She had some fluid drained from her brain on September 23rd, and now the doctors need to go in and place a valve in her brain to help her drain the rest of it in order for her to recover.

The medical expenses are estimated to be at about $10,000. Our family will be forever grateful for your help in any way that you can. Every dollar counts. Please help the sweetest little 2-year old get through this bump on the road.

Valentina nació con una condición cerebral diferente, pero como su nombre lo dice, ha sido Valiente y salió adelante increíblemente con favor de Dios.

El miércoles pasado su salud decayó y el jueves 22 de septiembre la llevaron al médico. Este la envió al Pilar a hacer exámenes y el resultado mostró que tiene Encefalitis Viral. Lamentablemente por su condición de nacimiento se complicó su recuperación. A las pocas horas de estar en el hospital se tuvo que trasladar a intensivo y drenar el líquido que estaba dentro de su cerebro.

Hay necesidad de una válvula permanente y su familia no cuenta con los medios para pagar la operación.

Valentina y su familia necesitan ayuda económica para poder pagar los gastos medicos. Ellos ya utilizaron todo el dinero que tenían, pero la cuenta sigue subiendo.
