Save Georgie's leg

Georgie is my cocker spaniel, but she's so much more than that, she is my best friend, my confidant, my partner. She was viciously attacked today by a Staffordshire terrier. Her leg has been badly broken in two places and my not be able to be saved. 

Im not sure if I will be able to track down the owner of the staffie, and even if I do, I doubt he'll have the money for the surgery Georgie will need.

if you are able, please help as I will struggle to pay even a small portion of her Vet bill.  Just to get her stable and take x-Rays has cost $400 and that's before any surgery.

Georgie is the best thing in my life. Please help if you are able.
