Need a hand up, not a hand out

In late 2009 I fell down a flight of stairs and received a severe concussion with nearly a decade of memory loss. Since then I have been unable to work due to several mental issues. I am looking for help - a hand up, not a hand out. 

In August of 2016 my father, whom I had been staying with, passed away due to complications from heart surgery. Now I am homeless and living in Jacksonville, Florida. All funds from this campaign will be used to keep a roof over my head and pay for desperately needed medication.
