My name is Ross Perkins. I'm 28 and minorly disabled. On the 21st of September my power was turned off by PGE. If I can't pay the bill by 4:00 p.m. tomorrow (Oct. 2), I will be sentanced an eviction notice from my apartments. I have been fighting for 6 years to keep myself off the streets, after spending 6 months completely homeless. I fear to return there again. Please help me turn my power back on and keep my home?!?!?!?!?
