On Wednesday December 16th, my brother in-law and great friend received the kind of news that none of us ever want to hear. He went to the Emergency room with stomach and chest pains only to find out 24 hours later that he has stage 4 cancer of the liver. Over the next 4 days while in the hospital he underwent many tests and his mind has been swirling. The results from the testing show that Joe has an in-operable rare form of liver cancer. I am setting up this site to collect funds to help offset many of the unplanned expenses Joe is realizing.
