Emergency Car Repair

My car has been out of commission since last November, and every time I've gotten a start on putting aside enough to get it fixed, another, more immediate, emergency came along. I've been sharing a car with my son and my mother all that time and we've made do, but now he has a new job in a nearby town and I desperately need to fix my car.  School starts next week, and I have to drive my kids 45 minutes each way, so we just won't be able to manage it.   I have two weeks to get funded and get the car fixed. I have a final estimate and with everything it's going to be $560.
