As you are all aware, the Gulf Coast has taken a consistent pounding from Hurricane Harvey. This area has received 9 trillion gallons of rainfall in the past few days. This has left many of our own employees in a disaster area and in need of support. In response to this need, many of you have reached out and asked how you could be part of the solution.
Per the direction of Geoff Wayne (CEO), US Dermatology Partners has set up a GoFundMe campaign with a “dollar for dollar” contribution match. The total goal for the campaign is $50,000 in contributions. US Dermatology Partners will match whatever funds that are donated up to an additional $50,000 for a total disaster response fund of up to $100,000.
The Operations Team in Corporate and the Gulf Coast Region will then be able to determine the best way to gift these funds to those USDP employees and their families who are most affected.
This is a 100% voluntary relief opportunity; all contributions and company match dollars will be considered gifts with no reciprocity expected from those who receive relief.
