Urgent!-Save Amigos Animal Shelter!

I am starting a GoFundMe page for an animal rescue that is dear to my heart, Amigos De Animales located in Barra De Potosi, Mexico. They are a not for profit rescue that take in severely malnourished, abused, unwanted and disposed of animals that otherwise would die without their help. They are currently at triple their capacity of animals they have at the shelter and are in dire need of assistance!!!! Please read the following, written by Stasya, who started and runs the shelter, to get a small glimpse of how the shelter started and what their goals are.
This is their story:
I moved to Barra de Potosi, Mexico 5 years ago... and my first summer , after all the tourists and winter residents were gone, one morning we woke up with homeless dogs coughing blood and vomit , suffering , dying on the streets and the beach.
It was my personal hell.
As you might know in many places, one of the most popular, cheap and easy methods to control the dog and cat population is rat poison... inhumane and a horrible nightmare!
What do you do if this is now your home?! you can try to leave/move/run or you can try to make things better, and I do believe anyone of you would do the same .
Then I found Mike, I promised him I will do everything possible and impossible to keep animal population under control , and the same week Mike and I started our trips to SPAZ in Zihuatanejo.
For over a year, once or twice a week my disabled husband Mike and I would load 5-7 dogs and cats into our truck, head to the SPAZ, leave them to get fixed, go back to work and a few hours later back to pick them up...
Then next year , I organized my first Mass Spay and Neuter clinic with beautiful people Robin Gunther and her team of Baja S/N foundation , then the next one, extending our borders and coverage to the Airport, Los Achotes and all neighboring villages and towns.
Mike and I paid for everything ourselves, occasionally having some beautiful soul helping with a donation.
in 2016 Shelley found me, and this was a match made in heaven , love at first sight, sisters separated at birth... I had a friend and a partner.
After 4 years of physically and mentally exhausting challenging incredibly rewarding but mostly stressful job , we have covered a huge territory south of Zihuatanejo, we have sterilized over 1600, yes - sixteen hundred animals , worked with kids , adults, communities , found families for many and fed, treated , euthanized hundreds upon hundreds .
Barra de Potosí is the first village in Mexico where almost all animals are fixed and cared by owners and amigos de animales.
But if we stop, it will all go back to hell .
As of now, with heavy hearts, due to medical and financial issues, Stasya, Shelley and Mike cannot continue funding the program, as they personally were. This means they cannot take in any new animals and have postponed any free spay and neuter programs. I urge you to take a moment of your time and look up their website to see exactly what they do and the animals they save, I just cannot list everything here!
