Urgent vet service, pup hit by car

My dog, Georgie, was accidentally hooked on the leash wrong, got loose and got hit by a car. He seems to be walking okay but we don't know what's going on internally. Trying to get some funds for x-rays at the vet to make sure he's okay. So far from what we can tell, he has something going on above his eye and he bit his tongue. I'm really hoping to get the x-rays done and hoping that surgery isn't needed.
