Please help! Tonight we were alerted to a cat that is stuck in a parking lot drain. The drain is only 5" wide and it can't get out! The drains are connected to two down spouts and if it rains, it will drown and its cold here! We had about 15 people try to help tonight in the cold including two volunteer firefighters and someone from the City. The problem is the drains are not connected to any of the main drains so it might come down to ripping up the parking lot. We need to get someone with a camera to see exactly where this cat is and we will need to fix the parking lot. It was so sad! When you put your head down near the spout, he meowed so pitiful! Please help us! Its dark in the hold and its down to less then 30F. Please help us get this poor baby out of his dark hole. Please!
