urgent care for dog in car crash

Me and my baby girl were in a car accident on Sept. 16, 2018. My injuries included... Bleeding on the brain, broken spleen, punctured lungs, fractured eye socket, multiple fractures in the face, broken nose, broken cheekbone and still in the process of healing. I was on a breathing machine and sedated for 2-3 days while in medical ICU. 

The day of the accident Marleigh went missing. We searched the area for two weeks, put out signs, and even had some calls that she was spotted in the area. Tonight, Monday Oct. 1st, 2018 I got the call that someone had her. I went immediately to their house which took me over an hour to get there. When we confirmed it was her, I noticed that she couldn't move her back end or walk. So, my mom (who went with me) carried her to the car. I am in need of donations to get my baby girl back to health. Since I'm still recovering and have not been released from my doctor to go back to work, I don't have the funds to help her so I need yours please.  Thank you so much for your help and support!!!

Update: Last night Marleigh was seen at UGA and already has a bill of $800.00 This is before medical treatment and surgeries which can cost up to an additional $8,000 or more because they have already started her on pain management until I get the funds to pay for her surgery. She is stable and is currently on pain meds but Marleigh has a broken spine which is their main concern right now and will focus on other procedures as needed.
