Fortunate Choices is an annual hair-drive presented and hosted by the Marquette University Urban Scholars program. We will be accepting donations of 8+ inches hair or $8+ in donations (through the Go Fund Me app). The hashtag #8or8 is used to represent our two goals: 1) Have 100 people donate at least 8 inches of hair and 2) . For those who are unable to donate hair, we ask that they donate $8 to the cause (All donation amounts accepted).
This year, contributions will be going to Children With Hair Loss, a non-profit charity who donates wigs to children at no cost. Donations will be accepted until October 6th. For more information contact [email redacted] Thank you all for your support!
