Medical expenses

I am attempting to help fund my nieces medical expenses. My niece Braylynn is 7 months old and has an ulcerated hemangiomas. This is very painful for her and my sister has been lucky enough to get an appointment in NYC to have surgery. Unfortunately it is very expensive and insurance does not cover much. I am asking for help to assist this little girl with the cost of this expensive surgery to start the road to a healthy recovery.
