Heather Gubanche is one of the most caring, giving people and has always made it a priority to help others.
Heather has had four surgeries in the past three years. The most recent, in October, was the most aggressive and will keep Heather off of work until the end of January (at the earliest). She regularly goes to physical therapy and has had to learn to walk on her foot all over again.
This has created a strain physically, emotionally, and financially...
With the loss of her income and a lot of doctor bills adding up, Heather and her family have reached a temporary financial setback. Until Heather returns to work, the bills, including $250 in monthly presricptions are adding up.
She has also been diagnosed with liver and pancriatic disease, for which she needs meds and routine check-ups. Add kidney stones to this list...and her herniated discs (which require routine injections), and you can easily see how this has become a difficult time for Heather and her family.
In addition, her daughter needs an $850 orthodontic procedure that insurance does not cover.
Heather is the type to help others, and not one to ask for help. But, at this time, she and her family could really use the generosity of those who care about them to make it through this temporary setback.
Please help how you can: with a prayer, a meal, or a donation to this site. It is greatly appreciated.
