Zettie's Place Inc

Warm greetings from Zettie’s Place, Inc.—a newly established nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization devoted to honoring our elders through dignity-based, affordable housing rooted in the heritage of Holmes County. As part of our mission, we are preparing to develop a small, thoughtfully planned community of tiny homes on our 2.7-acre tract along Wade Cooper Road in Lexington, Mississippi. Our goal is to initially construct three permanent 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom tiny homes (650–700 sq. ft.). These homes will serve low-income seniors aged 62 and older. These individuals who were once war veterans, school teachers or public service servants that have contributed greatly to our community. We believe they deserve a safe, serene place to age.
