<div>He went through an amputation, multiple blood transfusions, treatments for infections and pneumonia, and more. After everything he’s faced, Jermaine made the deeply personal decision to stop further interventions and spend his final days at home, in peace.

<div><strong>His</strong> <strong>last</strong> <strong>wish</strong> <strong>is</strong> <strong>simple</strong>: to be cremated, with no funeral, viewing, or memorial service, and for his ashes to be spread by his beloved wife.
