From Ashes to Hope: Help 400 Children in Uganda Rebuild Their Lives Kampala, Uganda Organized by: Jos Harmony and Inspiration Mission Foundation In partnership with Umoja Greenlands jhimfoundation.org Our Story My name is Nanyombi Josephine . I grew up abandoned and abused , surviving on the streets and eating from garbage bins. I know what it’s like to suffer silently. That pain shaped me—but it didn’t define me. It inspired me to build a place where other children wouldn’t have to go through what I did. Today, through Jos Harmony and Inspiration Mission Foundation, I care for 400 orphaned and vulnerable children in Uganda. We give them what every child deserves: food, dignity, education, safety—and love. But right now, we’re struggling to meet their most urgent needs. Goal: $2,500 CAD / ~7.2M UGX We are asking for your help to raise just enough to cover these basic essentials for the children under our care: What We’re Raising For Need Quantity Unit Cost Total (CAD) Total (UGX) ️ Mattresses 25 $25 / 90,000 UGX $625 2,250,000 UGX ♿ Wheelchairs 7 $100 / 400K UGX $700 2,800,000 UGX Sanitary Towels 100 $2.50 / 10K UGX $250 1,000,000 UGX School Supplies 100 $3.75 / 14K UGX $375 1,400,000 UGX Food (1 week for all) — — $550 2,000,000 UGX ✅ Total Needed: $2,500 CAD (= ~7.2M Ugandan Shillings) What Your Donation Achieves Amount Real Impact $2.50 CAD Buys sanitary pads for one girl $10 CAD Provides books and pencils for one child $25 CAD Buys one mattress for a child sleeping on the floor $50 CAD Feeds 5 children for a week $100 CAD Buys a wheelchair for a child with disabilities $250 CAD Provides school supplies for a classroom $500+ CAD Feeds 400 children for one full week These children are not numbers—they are stories, futures, and hearts full of potential.
