<div><strong>Project total</strong>:<strong> $320,000</strong> · <strong>Initial campaign goal</strong>:<strong> $35,000</strong> (<em>auto-increase as milestones are reached</em>).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>Building a global platform where technology, business, education and opportunity unite. Driven by people. Built with purpose.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello<strong> — </strong>I’m<strong> Rostyslav Kyrylenko, </strong>founder of<strong> MARBUS Marketplace</strong>.
</div>
<div>I’m building MARBUS because access to global opportunity should not depend on where you live, how much you earn, or which systems you happen to be born into. Business and education should <em>work for people</em> — across borders, industries, and stages of life.
</div>
<div><em>MARBUS is being built as a practical response to that gap</em>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How MARBUS began</strong>.
</div>
<div>In 2019, I co-founded a company in Nevada with a long-time partner. What started as a focused internal tool gradually evolved into a larger idea: a platform that could unify <em>business</em>, <em>education</em>, and <em>opportunity</em> into a single ecosystem.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over years of international web development and time spent working with entrepreneurs and educators in the U.S. and abroad, one pattern became clear: <em>access to digital infrastructure — and therefore opportunity — remains deeply unequal</em>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That question stayed with me: <em>Why should geography or income define someone’s ability to grow?</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Setbacks — and continuity</strong>.
</div>
<div>In 2020, we built a pre-MVP with a small team, investing <em>$72,800 of our own funds</em>. Shortly after, COVID-19 disrupted operations globally. In 2022, the war in Ukraine — my home country — forced all priorities to shift. I’m from Kharkiv, one of the regions most affected. For a prolonged period, survival came first, and active development had to be suspended. Despite this, the vision never disappeared. Even during this period, I continued refining the concept, speaking with potential partners, and preparing for a restart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong><em>Clarification</em></strong><em>:</em> <em>this campaign is </em><strong><em>a business fundraiser to build a software product</em></strong><em>, not a humanitarian relief effort</em>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Restarting with focus</strong>.
</div>
<div>In 2025, I restarted MARBUS with a clearer structure and renewed strategy. The team was reassembled — designers, developers, QA, DevOps, marketing — and the platform architecture was redesigned based on everything learned since the first iteration. We are now ready to move MARBUS from <strong>pre-MVP to a public demo</strong>, using a transparent, milestone-based approach — and inviting others to take part in that process.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Vision</strong>.<strong> </strong>
</div>
<div><strong>MARBUS Marketplace (Web3)</strong> — a next-generation digital ecosystem enhanced by artificial intelligence, designed to unify:
</div>
<ul>
<li>business and services,
</li>
<li>education and mentorship,
</li>
<li>talent and real-world solutions.
</li>
</ul>
<div>It is an innovative, structured alternative to fragmented, outdated digital models — built for a world where people continuously learn, work, pass on experience, and evolve across multiple roles and tasks.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />

<div><em>How MARBUS unites education, business, and technology into one global ecosystem.</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>What your support unlocks</strong>.
</div>
<div>MARBUS is funded in <em>clearly defined sprints</em>. Our total build target is <strong>$320,000</strong>. This GoFundMe campaign begins with <strong>an initial milestone of $35,000</strong> to activate development and demonstrate momentum.
</div>
<div>At each milestone, we will publish:
</div>
<ul>
<li>a mini-ledger (<em>date → amount → deliverable</em>),
</li>
<li>visual artifacts (<em>screens, GIFs, demo clips</em>),
</li>
<li>progress updates tied to concrete outputs.
</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Sprint roadmap (summary)</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sprint 0 — $17.4k</strong>
</div>
<div>UX/UI system, layout refresh (hero &amp; navigation), design kit, environment setup.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sprint 1 — $38.2k (cumulative)</strong>
</div>
<div>Profiles, service &amp; mentorship catalogs, request/response flow, database architecture.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sprint 2</strong> <strong>— $39.7k (<em>cumulative</em>)</strong>
</div>
<div>Messaging (v0), authorized profiles, improved search, performance pass.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sprint 3</strong> <strong>— $46.7k (<em>cumulative </em>| pre-MVP demo-ready)</strong>
</div>
<div>QA (<em>manual + test automation</em>), CI/CD, deployment, stability hardening.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sprint 4</strong> <strong>— $73.6k</strong>
</div>
<div>Infrastructure optimization, onboarding flows, extended catalog logic, performance monitoring.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Sprint 5 — $104.4k (final launch sprint)</strong>
</div>
<div>QA automation, advanced matching system, security audits, legal setup, marketing preparation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Total: $320k</strong> (<em>Includes infrastructure, transaction fees, legal/compliance, QA, DevOps, and mandatory operating charges</em>).
</div>
<div>If fully funded, this campaign delivers a <strong>stable MVP</strong>, public demo access, and an initial user-acquisition push.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Transparency &amp; use of funds</strong>.
</div>
<ul>
<li><strong>Campaign type</strong>: Business crowdfunding (<em>software development</em>),
</li>
<li><strong>Beneficiary</strong>: Monarch Partners Group Corp. (<em>Nevada C-Corp</em>),
</li>
<li><strong>Fund handling</strong>: Funds transferred to a verified corporate account after KYC,
</li>
<li><strong>Use of funds</strong>: Contractor payments (<em>design, FE/BE, QA, DevOps</em>), servers, infrastructure, required operating costs,
</li>
<li><strong>Reporting</strong>: Funds disbursed against contracts/invoices with public milestone reporting.
</li>
</ul>
<div><em>Note: Donations to this campaign are </em><strong><em>not tax-deductible</em></strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why this matters</strong>
</div>
<div>MARBUS is not another freelance board or online-course hub marketplace. We’re <strong>creating an ecosystem to ignite potential </strong>where:
</div>
<ul>
<li>expertise compounds instead of being isolated,
</li>
<li>learning connects directly to opportunity,
</li>
<li>individuals and companies grow together.
</li>
</ul>
<div>It’s designed for the quiet expert, the independent educator, the early-stage entrepreneur — alongside established professionals and organizations.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Call to action</strong>.
</div>
<div>This is an invitation to <strong>participate</strong>, not just to donate.
</div>
<div>If you believe in purposeful innovation, fair access, and systems that create long-term value — you can support this project by contributing, sharing, or simply following its progress.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution unlocks the next sprint.
</div>
<div>Every share expands visibility.
</div>
<div>Momentum is built together.
</div>
