With respect to the family’s privacy, they will update as they know more. The main concern is the logistics of how to get John safely transported home from Paris to Houston. Funeral Costs for Jeremiah Crawford

<p><strong>"Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." - John 15:13</strong><br /><br />In the early morning hours of May 29, 2020. Law Enforcement Officer, Deputy Caleb Rule, from Precinct 4 Constables office, Fort Bend County was tragically killed while seeking to protect and serve our community.  Rule was married with four children, including a daughter scheduled to graduate from high school Friday night.<br /><br />While resources will be available to this family via fine organizations like the 100 Club, etc., there will never be enough money to even come close to replacing this loss for this young, large family. This man was a family man and we can honor him by assisting his family.  Caleb died protecting and serving -- his family could use all the support possible.  <br /><br />We are seeking to raise funds to place into the hands of the surviving spouse, Eden Rule.  We do not know her personally but we are deeply moved by this loss, know we're not alone, and we will ensure that any dime raised is placed into her hands to assist with this tragedy. We simply started this as a way for many to express their condolences and heartfelt appreciation for this man protecting and serving - and to help the family he loved.  <br /><br />Our names are Deron &amp; Debra Harrington and we're 21 year residents of Sienna Plantation subdivision in Missouri City, TX. Deron is an attorney/CPA and Dede teaches school here in Sienna. Deputy Caleb Rule Memorial Fund

My beautiful family is dissolving before my eyes, due to addiction, alcoholism and mental health issues. We are the Williams family, we have 16 year old boy and 5 and 6 year old girls. My husband is having the hardest time of his life. He is now hospitalized for the second time after another suicide attempt and we have no insurance. We have tried several times to get him help to no avail. The last time he was in the hospital they refused mental health treatment. Here we are again and I just feel so helpless. We still owe for his last stay and now he’s back for the second time. I don’t know how to ask, but from the bottom of my heart; We need help. Bless you for just being kind enough to take the time to read our plea for help. This time he may not be so lucky.<br />My family can’t thank you enough.<br />Please don’t hesitate to find help immediately if you see a change in a loved one. This was a 4 day nightmare. Family In Crisis, Please Help!

I’ve spent many years fund-raising for organizations like Habitat, AIDS Foundation and East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry.  This is the first time someone I love needs help.  Harrison’s godfather Ruben Perez’ is one of the best men I know and his husband Hal Carroll has valiantly been fighting brain cancer for the past 11 months.  He’s been in the hospital for 3 months, but now he will be coming home to begin hospice.  We are heart broken.  In the midst of all of this, the reality is that insurance can only cover so much and expenses are piling up.  Please consider being a part of this effort to bring  Jerry and Hal comfort and care in Hal's remaining time, whatever that may be.
