<div>Help Lay My Grandmother to Rest
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beloved grandmother Greta Jackson on October 10, 2025. She was a beautiful soul, full of grace, strength, and unwavering love for everyone she encountered.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My grandmother was truly a pillar of the Glen Cove community. Many will remember her from Calvary AME Church, where her presence brought light and comfort to those around her, and from her many dedicated years of service as a secretary at Glen Cove Hospital on Unit 3 West, where she worked tirelessly before retiring.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, my grandmother outlived her life insurance policy, which has now become inactive and inaccessible. I have exhausted all other options and am now reaching out to the community she poured so much of herself into.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am asking for help to give her the dignified and peaceful farewell she deserves. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean the world and go directly toward her funeral and burial expenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support—through donations, shares, or even kind words—will help honor her memory and bring closure to our family during this incredibly difficult time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your compassion, generosity, and prayers.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With love and gratitude,
</div>
<div>Reva Edwards her loving granddaughter, Gavin and Gia her loving great-grandchildren.

Help Lay My Beloved Grandmother to Rest

<div>On October 3rd, 2021 Carmello Carter was involved in a horrific car accident. That claimed his life, his fathers life and severely injured 2 of his other siblings.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Carmello King Carter, was born on October 17, 2013 to his parents Candice Edwards and Troy Carter. Carmello is a twin to his brother Romello (who is currently fighting for his life) and a younger brother to Donovan and Tiara. Carmello was just shy of his 8th birthday.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you knew him you called him Mello, The Favorite, 2 pack, Chunks, PaPa, Car, the list goes on and on. Carmello loved to play sports, he was on the Glen Cove junior softball team and soccer team (where he was number 10 - his favorite number). He loved to ride his bicycle, ride his scooter, play basketball, fort nite and Minecraft with his friends. He loved to eat Kraft Mac and cheese and bbq sauce on anything. He was so outgoing but shy at the same time. Your favorite introvert and extrovert mix.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To know him is to love him, he was a very loving, caring, polite, energetic, fearless, amazing little boy. He will forever be loved and missed. I truly believe he is no longer with us because God needed him for something better.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Donations will be used for funeral cost, hospital bills and other expenses incurred. Thank you for all your love and support.
