Sadaqah to help a Yemeni sister who is currently in hardship and struggling and who has three children and who is struggling to feed them. The food prices have become extremely high in the land of Yemen and they have resorted to buying out of date food just to relieve their hunger. It is said the the minimum sufficient required daily food cost for a single individual is equivalent to £11, therefore this mother and her three children need £44 a day just to protect themselves from hunger. So I, Yasir, I want to raise for them £2000 so that will be sufficient for them for two months. And make Duā for them !, May Allāh The Most High relieve them of their hardship.

She was admitted to Emory University Hospital for a couple of weeks as doctors worked tirelessly to try and figure out what is causing this illness. After many tests for everything imaginable, her condition is still undiagnosed, and she is losing a lot of muscle mass.

<div>This illness is still attacking her body, but not her passion for her business and the wellness and beauty industry. She is the glue that holds her family together, and she is a caretaker for her father. <div>In September 2021 our father was diagnosed with cancer stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma. He had never been hospitalized previously or suffered a similar ailment. After a few months he started immunotherapy treatment, which left him weak and bed ridden.

<div>In late December our father also tested positive for COVID and as result suffered from pneumonia and blood clots. Fortunately, he made it through and we knew that was a sign that we had to continue to fight for his life and beat cancer.

<div>He was released from the hospital but returned a week later as his calcium and potassium levels were abnormal. He was scheduled for surgery to remove the tumor, but due to his hospital stay he became too weak to have the operation or continue immunotherapy. The tumor grew massively and presented itself outside of his body.

<div>After a month in the hospital the staff decided to put him in hospice care.
</div>

<div>We decided not to give up and found an alternative treatment center. When he arrived at the center he was confused, not knowing who or where he was, and was in a wheel chair. He is now talking, walking and his tumor has shrunk and is no longer outside of his body. The wound is healing tremendously.

<div>The therapy center and its team of doctors have truly been a blessing to us. They are always positive, so kind and knowledgeable. It is truly remarkable to see how rapidly and effectively their care has improved our father’s health.

<div>Unfortunately, this care isn’t covered by insurance and we have been paying for treatment out of our pockets. His doctors are now recommending we extend his treatment for 3 more weeks, which would require an additional $27k to complete the treatment.

Please help Jamal in his fight to beat cancer

<strong>Assalamu Alaikum my dear brothers and sisters.<br /></strong><br />I have created this GoFundMe page so by the will of Allah and your generous support we may raise money to repair the damages to Masjid Al Aqsa located in Bacadweyn, Somalia. The masjid was built 17 years ago by my grandma who has since passed away (Allah Yarhamha). It was last repaired 10 years ago in 2010. It has significant damages and repairs  that need to be fixed. The roof leaks water into the masjid and the ceilings need to be repaired. The wudhu (ablution) area needs to be  done, proper lights have to be installed, the walls need to be repainted and the carpeting needs to be changed. May Allah reward you all  abundantly and make your contribution a sadaqah jariyah (ongoing  charity) for you Ameen! Even a little goes a long way! <br /><br />We are in the first 10 blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. The prophet PBUH advised us to increase in charity and good deeds on these days. Repair Damages to Masjid Al Aqsa -Somalia

<p>One of our sisters is in urgent need of our assistance to defend herself against false legal allegations she is currently faced with. <br /><br />A single mother with a number of children -  several of whom are orphans - has been wrongly entangled in the fraudulent practices of a company for which was working.<br /><br />As a remote employee working entirely from home, the sister had no knowledge about the companies day to day activities, as she was simply sent work to complete each week.<br /><br />The company has now been charged with defrauding millions from the federal government. To her surprise, the company sent her - mixed in with her legitimate work - falsified documents, which she then unknowingly signed off on each week.  She has become an unwitting casualty of their crimes.

<p>She now finds herself faced with a wide range of potential legal consequences from probation to as many as 11 years in prison, and is in urgent need of adequate legal counsel to defend herself from these erroneous allegations and avoid the oppressive punitive measures the government is threatening.
</p>

<p>The sister is the sole provider for her children and fears that they may be put into foster care and herself confined to jail if she doesn’t have a lawyer that understands the allegations she is accused and can defend her with the truth.<br /><br />We have known her for nearly a decade and only know upright moral character from her. We know her to be a woman of integrity that would never intentionally commit a crime, and we believe that with proper representation she will be exonerated from these accusations, and Allah knows best. 
</p>

<p>She has a hearing this Thursday, June 25th, and all funds will be given IMMEDIATELY to her to allow her to try and retain counsel before that time. This is NOT the full cost of her legal fees, but rather, the retainer fees to allow her to hire representation. She has already exhausted all of her own funds in this pursuit.

Helping Our Sister Defend Herself

Hi guys, <br /><br />Thanks for taking the time to read my story. I am 33 years old, and have been living with Type 1 diabetes for over 20 years now (since I was 10 years old). Since having this terrible disease, I have accumulated many complications, such as Diabetic Retinopathy (eye disease), Hypertension (high blood pressure). I am currently suffering from Stage 5 (end stage) Kidney Disease. I have been on the waiting list for a transplant for some time now - I did manage to have a spk (simultaneous pancreas &amp; kidney transplant) earlier this year, however this was unsuccessful due to rejection and blood clot. During this time, I was seriously ill in hospital and it was thought that I would not pull through. <br /><br />Because of this, my health has now deteriorated even further and I now need help urgently - I am currently undergoing dialysis three times per week. I am back on the waiting list, but have been told by specialists that I can now expect to wait between 6-7 years for another transplant, which to be frank, is a very big risk for me to wait such a length of time as my blood clots very easily due to dialysis and I don't think waiting up to 7 years is realistic for me at this point. <br /><br />I hope to go private in order to speed up the process, and save my life. But to do this, I need to raise at least £30,000. By going private, I would have the option to get the surgery done in under 6 months. <br /><br />Currently, due to my severe illness, I cannot work, and was having to claim benefits in the past. I have lost 90% of my vision in my left eye, and I also suffer from random Diabetic Seizures. These restrict me from even leaving the house on my own, let alone work. We saw that Turkish Airlines was the only airlines flying there. So we asked ourself <strong>what if we could convince Turkish Airlines to let us use one of their flights to Somalia? About 166,371 USD. Which means we still had so much more to spend.<br /><br />So we decided to use the remaining fund to buy food locally. To support the Somali economy!!<br /><br />We teamed up with an NGO in Somalia called American refugee committee, <strong>run only by Somalis</strong>. They became the best partner we could have dreamed of. The problem is the drought has killed all the animals which often were the only source of income for the people. So without income, people are not able to buy food.<br /><br /><strong>The world needs to support Somalis with food &amp; water until the drought is over.</strong> Until new animals are bought again and food can grow again!<br /><br />For water, we've learned from multiple NGOs on the ground, that the most efficient thing to do is get water trucks to be delivered.  Each water truck is about $250 and about 10,000 liters. <br /><br /><img class="not-resizable" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/18953392_1495033056.0123_funddescription.jpg" alt="" width="100%" />Here is a picture of the trucks.<br /><br /><strong>SO FAR, WE'VE DISTRIBUTED OVER 1000! TONS OF FOOD, ALL BOUGHT LOCALLY.<br /><br />AND OVER 3 MILLION LITERS OF WATER!<br /></strong><br />AND OF COURSE THE 60 TONS OF BABY FOOD.<br /><br />This mission, because of all of you, is way more successful than any of us individually could have ever dreamed. But <strong>things in Somalia are getting worst and worst</strong>, and in many places, people are on the verge of dying from either cholera or severe diarrhea. There is no time to lose. And <strong>we need more help.</strong><br /><br />That is why, now that we have 3 months of experience of execution on the ground with ARC, and that we are confident that what we are doing is actually having an impact and saving lives, <strong>we've decided to push the goal of this campaign to 2,7 million dollars.</strong><br /><br />Just like to our first donors, the promise to you all is <strong>full transparency. </strong>Funds are handled by the Stiller Foundation, and at the end of the mission, we will publish online all the receipts so you will know where every single dollar went.<br /><br />Also, because of all the people that are here with us in Somalia to document the mission, we will be consistently posting updates on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, so you can all see first hand the successes of YOUR mission. Just next to her.. stand the cutest smile we found here. <br /><br />Those kids live in one of the villages the most hit by the drought, they are both malnourished (can confirm that after carrying them), many people have already died in his village. <br /><br />But, and it's a big BUT, you can see the smile on the boy's face... one of the most precious smiles we've ever seen. May this give us all hope that<strong> this is not too late and we can still save as many people as we can. </strong>We must.<strong><br /><br />This mission relief for Somalia is built like a puzzle</strong>, with thousands of people bringing their own pieces to make it work. People that refuse to be complicit of this tragedy. <strong>We don't have to let those people die. We can act today.
