<div>On May 1, 2025, our family received one of the worst calls of a our lives telling us that Lisa had "died" all the way in another country, Ghana, West Africa!
</div>

<div>Not long after that first horrific news, we received another call from a doctor where Lisa had been taken in emergency respiratory distress, along with the Police Chief of the town Tema, a city in Ghana saying that someone came back to the hospital trying to press the doctor to release Lisa's things and her body to him because<strong> "HE" was Lisa's son and that Lisa </strong>wanted to be<strong> CREMATED!</strong>

<div><strong>My sister has NO SON or any child in Ghana!! Why would someone lie to get the body and quickly try to cremate it!!! They have been arrested pending charges and we have demanded an autopsy but I need to be there!!!</strong>

<div>The police went to Lisa's home and arrested several people who were caught rifling through her things, and the person who <strong>lied</strong> saying he was her son was also there. They are now in police custody!

<div>Lisa was possibly <strong>Murdered! We need your help!</strong> I am the only person in the family who would be able to find out what is happening and to be there.
</div>

<div>We have to have an autopsy to determine cause of death, or the possible murderers may go free! The body is still in the morgue in Ghana and will need to be transferred. The US Embassy is helping but cannot help with finances when someone dies overseas.

<div><strong>I am using my resources, but need additional help. We have to have the autopsy, transport cost, wrapping up her things, etc. </strong>

<div><strong>The US Embassy says that costs can be expensive and things do not move fast over there. She has insurance but it cannot help her overseas. </strong>

<div>My sister, Lisa "Ngozi" Williams, went to the hospital in what initially appears to be respiratory distress, but her breathing numbers had greatly improved according to the doctors I have spoken with, yet she still could not breathe!. Her mouth seemed swollen and face enlarged from video we have seen.

<div>Was LISA POISONED? Who really knows right now as much needs to be done.

<div>We do not have, any of her personal documents, her Passport or her insurance information to bury her here, they are all in Ghana. The alleged criminals have her passport according to the police as Lisa's purse was given to the person who Lied and said he was a son before his lie was discovered!

<div>The Consul General here in Houston is helping me with a visa to try and travel to Ghana if I can on such short notice, and if you have been to many other countries you must be prepared to wait and the costs can skyrocket quickly!

<div>Lisa had no other family there. Please, if you can, any amount will help and be greatly appreciated! Nothing is too small as it all adds up!

<div><strong>Help us get some clarity, justice and truth for Lisa, my sister and Keeland's mom, and to bring her back home. I am also and most importantly appealing for prayers.</strong>

<div>Funds are needed :
</div>
<div>1. Transportation of Lisa back and forth from Hospital Morgue to Coroner for Autopsy and Funeral Home where charges are billed daily. $450 - $2000.00 (depending on when I can get there),

<div>2. Transfer to Funeral home for preparing Lisa to return to US according to the US Embassy - $4000 to $10,000, depending on cremation or transport of Lisa's Body. ( Special prep has to be made by the airline according to Embassy).
</div>
<div>3. Roundtrip to Ghana  - $4800 -$5200.00
</div>
<div>4. Approximately (30) day stay in Ghana - $1500 -$1800.00
</div>
<div>These are the foreseeable costs thus far and the Embassy has said that things move slowly there so may have to be there for up to (60) days. Thank you for your kind assistance.
