<div>My name is Pastor Laz, and I’m the founder of Addicted to God Ministries, a faith-based outreach ministry committed to helping those battling addiction, homelessness, and trauma.

<div>Today, I want to share the story of Saul Rodriguez, a brave and determined young man who came into my care after being found homeless on the streets of Miami—addicted, alone, and without any support system. Saul arrived in the U.S. at just 12 years old in 2018. His parents, desperate to offer him a better future, sent him from Honduras to live with relatives who, sadly, failed him. Instead of enrolling him in school and pursuing the proper legal processes, they forced him to drop out and work full time at age 16.

<div>At 17, Saul made the courageous choice to run away and pursue his dream of becoming a police officer—a dream rooted in his passion to serve others and build a better future for himself and his family back home.

<div>When I met Saul, I took him in immediately. I followed all legal steps: I involved DCF, secured power of attorney from his parents, and became his legal guardian. Despite all this, I’ve received no assistance from the state. He’s been denied food stamps, Medicaid, and educational support.

<div>Now, we are in urgent need of help. We are raising funds to:

<div>Hire an immigration attorney to help Saul obtain the documents he should have been granted upon arrival
