<div>They are dirty, dehydrated, tired and scared, but all are kind, sweet, friendly and sweet dogs.

<div>We are having them checked by a vet where they will receive necessary treatment, shots and medical care. They all need a bath and a trim.

<div>Hoping to receive donations toward food and medical care from the community.

❤️Dumped Dogs Need Help ❤️

<div>Randy is a lifelong Wantage resident, a true old timer. He has no family &amp; doesn’t seem to know how to navigate for assistance. Visually when we would drive by we could see the house was in desperate need of repairs and hadn’t seen much activity. Then we started noticing him sitting in a car on the property. We came to learn he’s living out of his car that is broken down, with a space heater for warmth. The house has no water, no heat, just electric. He has a small corner of the house set up with a hot plate &amp; microwave. The roof has about a 10x10 hole. It’s basically condemned. The last few days we have made many phone calls. The town was helpful but informed us it’s in foreclosure (which I don’t think Randy fully comprehends) Social Services provided me with a ton of numbers. They are aware of the situation but not much they can do. I haven’t been able to reach rental assistance but SS believes they are capped. He has a few neighbors that check in, bring hot meals, &amp; help him food shop. Randy goes to dialysis but quite frequently his ride service does not show. I called the renal center &amp; they confirmed this info.

<div>So we have two goals for Randy
</div>
<div>1) find him a used car to get himself back &amp; forth to dialysis.
</div>
<div>2) possible hotel accommodations until we can figure out subsidized housing. *since we don’t have a exact date of when the bank will take his property.

<div>It’s a sad situation &amp; now that we know all this info, we can’t turn a blind eye. We are hoping the community will come together to also help. Any amount would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

A local senior citizen in need

<div>As many of you know, last Monday, Joey Lengyel attempted to light his family's grill, and in a freak accident, it caused a flash fire, leaving him with burns on his arms, hands and legs.

<div>Joey had spent the last week in the burn unit at St. Barnabus. His doctors and nurses are working diligently with him, and Joey is putting in the work as well, getting stronger through physical and occupational therapy.
</div>

<div>His prognosis is good, but the recovery period is going to take a lot of time, energy and be financialy challenging for the family, as his therapies will be ongoing. To help offset the medical costs, this gofundme page has been established as a way for those who wish to contribute to easing that financial burden to do so, as many members of their community have asked how they can help. The Lengyel Family Needs Your Help

Many of you may know our dear friend Louis Montana.  Louie is a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friendto many.  On Wednesday May 27th Louie was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident on Route 206 in Sandyston, just a few short miles from home.  Unfortunately Louie sustained multiple extensive injuries and was medevaced to Morristown Memorial Trauma Center, where he is currently in a medically induced coma as well as on a ventilator.  He has undergone a few surgeries since the morning of his accident, and will require multiple surgeries in the near future.  This marks the beginning of a very long road to recovery for Lou. As many of you know, Louie volunteers his free time to coaching Kittatinny Midget Football, has been involved in many local fundraisers, spent much of his time after 911 working at ground zero.  Louie is loved by everyone who meets him, he is such a kind and gentle soul. Many friends and family have reached out to Jannine asking how you can help during this difficult time.  The outpouring of support, love, and prayers have been overwhelming thus far.   We are asking everyone to come together to support our dear friend Lou, his wife Jannine, and his sons Max, and Matteo during this life changing event.  We understand that this is such an uncertain time for many therefore any donation is much appreciated to help the Montana family with the financial burden of medical bills, recovery and loss of income. Louis Montana Family Fundraiser

It has been a few months since our last update on Barbara. During this time she has been incredibly strong and hopeful as she went through chemotherapy, additional surgeries and treatments right up until a few weeks ago. Her deep desire to be beside her family and friends for many more years pushed her hard. It is therefore with deep sadness that she found out a few weeks ago that there were no more additional treatments available that would cure her of this horribly aggressive disease. As Barbara spends her final few days quietly at home surrounded by Matt, Brandon, and Kyle and the life she loved so deeply, we wish her peace and pray deeply for her family and friends who cherish her so much.
