<div>I had a motorcycle accident that changed my life forever. I suffered a spinal cord injury and fractured my vertebrae (T2, T3, T4, and T5), which required screws to be placed in my spine. Since then, I have relied on a wheelchair for mobility and have lived with serious consequences:

<div>•	Total loss of mobility in my legs
</div>
<div>•	No sensation from my chest down
</div>
<div>•	Loss of control over my bladder and bowel functions
</div>
<div>•	A completely unstable nervous system

<div>Despite everything, I remain hopeful and full of faith. Today, a real opportunity has arisen: a stem cell transplant treatment using cells from my own body. This therapy could help stimulate regeneration in my spinal cord, offering a chance for real improvement in my quality of life.
