<div>Thank you so much for the continued love and support for Sara Housely during this incredibly difficult time. Sara is still courageously fighting her aggressive battle with stage 4 breast cancer. Recently, the effects of treatment have taken a heavier toll, as she has now lost most of her hair, is experiencing extreme fatigue, and still is persistently battling pneumonia symptoms.

<div>A close friend of mine, Ryan Price, husband, and father of two has suffered a life altering event. Ryan is an avid and experienced mountain bike rider. On Thursday, March 10th at the conclusion of a business trip in Austin, TX Ryan suffered a cycling accident which resulted in injuries that would change his life forever. Ryan was airlifted by helicopter to the Ascension Seton Trauma Center in Round Rock, TX. Ryan fractured his neck and endured 10 hours of emergency spinal surgery. His wife, Janice, and his brother, Keith, flew down that night to be at his side.

<div>On Monday March 21st Ryan was transported via ambulatory plane to The Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in West Orange, NJ to begin his rehabilitation process. Ryan has a long road ahead of intensive physical and occupational therapy. He will be in rehabilitation for the next few months. Ryan is fortunate that he did not suffer a head injury and is focused on the hard work ahead. Currently he has no feeling from the chest down.

<div>Many friends, family and colleagues have reached out to offer help to the family. While Janice and Ryan have a hard time asking for and accepting help, Ryan has a long journey ahead and donations to help cover medical costs not covered by insurance, modifications to their home to accommodate Ryan, transportation costs, childcare costs, and the many challenges they will encounter are appreciated. The family has begun researching cutting edge treatments including STEM cell research and funds will also help provide access to new technology and treatment options.

<div>Ryan is a proud graduate of Staples High School in Westport, CT ‘95 as well as Providence College in RI ‘99 and currently lives with Janice and two young sons in Fairfield, CT. He is an Enterprise Sales Executive at Khoros and loves working with clients to solve problems. Outside of work Ryan enjoys music, and is known to play a new song weekly and share it on social media - in an attempt to relive his college days when he was in a local band. He loves trips to Maine with his family and friends, and has a passion for coaching his two boys who enjoy sports of all kinds. I know we all offer love and prayers for Ryan, Janice, Carter (12), Brady (10), and the entire Price and Caston families as Ryan works to overcome the obstacles ahead.

This page is here to raise money for Colbie (Age 12) and Landon (Age 10)  Pagnotta. This comes after their father suddenly passed away. The goal is to raise money for any and all of their needs the future brings. This includes but isn’t limited to sports, sports equipment, and education. Hi Everyone, <br /><br />Thanks so much for taking the time to read our page, which has been created to help Francis Rapp and his family during their unfortunate time of need. <br /><br />Francis was diagnosed with Lupus early on in life, however, this medical condition has never stopped him from achieving his dreams and providing for his family. Fran is one of the strongest and most determined men that many of us know. Fran never missed a day of work because he was not feeling well, he has always fought through illness with a heroic effort, many times using humor to smile through the pain. Sadly, Fran's condition has severely worsened due to several varying complications with Lupus. Fran has been in the hospital for the majority of the past 6 months, consequently forcing him out of work and creating many financial challenges for the family.<br /><br />While Francis battles to overcome these medical obstacles, his biggest supporters are; his son; Francis Junior, daughter; Kaitlyn, and above all, his wife; Lynn. Each and every day they sit by his hospital bedside helping Fran through all of the trying moments. And despite the various procedures and discomforts, Fran would tell you that the hardest part is not being able to root on Francis Jr. during his college baseball games and Kaitlyn during her high school lacrosse games- both teams are in the playoffs! <br /><br />Most of us know that Fran is too proud to ever ask for help, which is why we are asking for him. I'm sure each of you can recall a specific time when Fran has gone above and beyond for someone else or maybe even for you personally, and never asked for anything in return. Now would be as good of a time as any to pitch in for this special man and his family. The Rapp's have all shown a tremendous amount of strength by staying positive and hopeful throughout each bump in the road.
