We never imagined we would be starting a GoFundMe and asking for support for something as life changing as this. Our nephew, Patrick Moreau, is a 33-year-old husband to Janelle Moreau, and a father of two young children. He was recently diagnosed with Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), a bile duct cancer that develops inside the liver. For the last few years, Patrick had been receiving treatment for primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) prior to this cancer diagnosis. This condition causes chronic inflammation and scaring in the bile duct, as well as an increased risk of developing ICC. This was the worst case, nightmarish scenario that has now come true. Over the next month, he is to undergo major surgery to remove 40% of his liver, removal of part of his small intestines, and treatment to address any remaining cancer cells. Patrick and his family will have to travel back and forth between home and Indianapolis, Indiana for this medical treatment. Donations to this fund will be used to help with his medical bills, childcare for his two children, and support for his wife. Please, donate what you can, and keep the Moreau family in your prayers.

<div>Hello! My name is Chris and I'm starting this fundraiser for a long-time friend (who hates to admit that she needs help) whose husband is experiencing a medical emergency.

<div>Her husband went into the hospital for a necessary surgery on 3/17 that was considered a routine procedure. What has happened since surgery day has been nothing short of a nightmare for her and their family.
</div>

<div><strong>Dan has had a plethora of health issues over the past 15 years, with them progressively getting worse, especially the last 2.5 years.</strong> This routine surgery has landed him in the ICU, sedated on a ventilator with an infection they've been unable to specify, let alone control. In 3 days' time, he had the scheduled procedure and emergency surgery for 2 large internal bleeds. Toxic shock and hemorrhagic shock set in, and all organ systems were in dire condition. Just when they reached the point of extubation after lingering concerns about his mental status due to ICU psychosis, a 3rd surgery has been scheduled to try to repair the area of infection. Within an 8-hour period, the family went from cautiously optimistic to nearly back to square one.

<div>We all know that travel and tolls are expensive, not to mention grabbing a meal, parking fees, a drink from the vending machine, out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance, and the list goes on and on. <strong>Since emergencies never seem to happen at a convenient time, I'm making this fundraiser for her to try to alleviate some stress.</strong>

<div>Even when he's able to be discharged, currently there is no time frame in mind, Dan being sent to a rehab facility to gain strength will come with its own set of expenses. This can be a long road to recovery for both of them.

<div>My very close friends Dylan and Jamie's son Ryker was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Ryker is a fighter, and his family and Doctors are sure will he come out on top. Ryker is staying at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, while he recovers from kidney removal surgery and awaiting chemo treatments.

<div>Ranelle Nunamaker-Wisilosky, for those who don’t know, is many things to many people. Above all else, Ranelle is a devoted wife, a caring mother, and a supportive daughter within her direct family. She’s a loving aunt and sister-in-law, and she’s a best friend to many.

<div> To say that Ranelle has spent much of her life giving to others is an understatement. Her primary focus has been – and remains – her beautiful children and her husband. She sacrificed personal opportunities for years on end to instead spend countless hours volunteering her time, be it fundraising for her children’s many extracurricular activities as they’ve grown or simply helping those who’ve asked.

<div> Everybody at Southmoreland knew just who Ranelle really was! She was admired from the time she was a student, throughout her kids’ school years, and to the present.

<div> Ranelle didn’t just give … she did so with zest and enthusiasm! She always enjoyed going about her day, be it running errands or helping the kids or doing her PTA work; it was easy to see how it supercharged her, because she was never without that bright smile on her face. Her laughter was ALWAYS contagious, and she never appeared to be having a bad day.

<div> Ranelle helped her parents in every possible way, and she put her kids first as they grew. Once they began to move on, finally Ranelle had the opportunity to roll up her sleeves to go out and work, so that her husband didn’t have to carry the load by himself.
</div>

<div>It would seem that Ranelle never met a stranger, as she has always been friendly, warm, kind, giving, and generous to others. She simply didn’t say “no” to somebody in need.
</div>

<div> Today, though, Ranelle is the one who is truly in need; she and her family are facing some serious challenges. Our dear friend was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer. As you can imagine, this was devastating news to Ranelle and everyone who loves her. Ranelle had no choice but to resign from her position with an accounting agency so that she is able to begin immediate treatment.

<div> There is much support from her loved ones, and her family is taking great care of her. However, they are now down an income. Her husband is working tirelessly in an effort to manage the monthly bills, but he’s also absorbing a host of unforeseen costs, ranging from out-of-pocket medical expenses to any number of charges somehow associated with Ranelle’s ongoing medical care.

<div> For me to call Ranelle a “best friend” falls short of the mark; we’ve been close for decades – since school days – and that has never changed. She is family. My goal is for Ranelle to be able to focus on her treatments and get her rest. She needs to be able to take some time for herself as she leans on her loving and supportive family. I want to see that Ranelle is getting the best care possible while reducing some of the stress, pressure, and hardship that currently accompany this diagnosis and the journey back to good health.

This month EnTrust Funding is raising funds for Rebecca Moreau who has recently been diagnosed with cancer - Invasive ductal carcinoma G2 of the breast. <br /><br />Becca is 30 years old and mother to a sweet 5-year-old boy named Abraham. She loves music, the outdoors, and her family so much. Becca is the future wife of ETF’s Alex Conforte and always puts her Abraham and Alex before her own needs. She has never had to face anything like this before and is so thankful to know people are by her side through this hardship.

This sweet young man came into our lives 21 years ago on June 17th 1994. He was so full of life, always making jokes and keeping people laughing. In the past year or so, he fell into some hardships and because of those hardships, it led him down a wrong path which ultimately ended his life. Please help support our family for his funeral arrangements. Due to him not working, he had no insurance and I am trying to do everything I can to get some help.
