<div>It’s not easy to ask, but when it comes to Rollie, we’ll do whatever it takes to give him the best chance at a long, happy life. Rollie is a 7-year-old, 120-pound Great Dane/Cane Corso mix who thinks he’s a lap dog. He’s playful, sweet, stoic, and a big baby all at once—truly the heart of our family.

<div>In December, Rollie was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, an aggressive bone cancer. Despite the odds, he’s shown incredible perseverance and strength. With the help of my boyfriend, Joe, who loves Rollie just as much as I do, we decided to give Rollie the best chance at life. We made the difficult choice to amputate his front right leg to remove the tumor and slow the spread. The surgery went well, and after some sleepy days, Rollie is now recovering like the champ he is. He's shown his usual grace and charm with life on three legs. Most importantly, he’s no longer in the pain he was showing before the surgery, and we’ve already seen his playful spirit return.

<div>Rollie has always loved hiking in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, eating snowballs, or playing in the water. With treatment, we hope to give him more time to enjoy these simple joys he loves so much.

<div>We're now preparing for chemotherapy to ensure the cancer doesn’t spread. After multiple X-rays, ultrasounds, and bloodwork, we’re relieved to know Rollie is otherwise in excellent health. This treatment will give him the best quality of life and as much time as possible to continue being the joyful, loving companion he’s always been.

<div>Rollie has been with me through my mom’s passing and my college years, providing comfort and unconditional love. Now, I want to do everything I can to support him in return. Joe and I are seeking to raise $10,000 to cover his surgery, chemotherapy, and ongoing medical expenses. Rollie has always been by our side (even at night when he jumps into our bed) and we'd do anything for our sweet loyal boy.

Support Rollie's Fight Against Bone Cancer

Yesterday, the Coady home caught on fire and after the smoke damage, water damage and the fire itself, their home and belongings are ruined. Thank God Tina, Ben, Nate, Grace and the family pets are all safe. But it's time to rally together to help them re-build. Any donation amount helps and goes 100% to the family.  They need furniture, clothes, and a place to live, so we need all the help we can get! We can do this!  #nevergiveup<br /><br />We need your help raising $5,000 to fund a very special event in conjunction with The Gary Sinise Foundation/ Snowball Express.<br /><br />Please help us provide 550 PATRIOT PUP, stuffed animals to spread our Patriot Pup love to children who have lost their moms or dads while defending and protecting our country.<br /><br />This event is dedicated to serving the children of our fallen military heroes, striving spouses and other Gold Star Families.<br /><br />I, too, am a member of The Gold Star Family.<br /><br />And this project is very, very dear to my heart having lost my brother when I was a young teenager. He was serving as a United States Marine. <br /><br />At the time of my brother's passing, there were no special programs like this to help me.
