Why? Covid-19 of 2020 caused my siblings to become deathly ill and some hospitalized for a significant length of time; thereby causing our family farm Circle “R” to horrifically suffer of non -operation. Also in our area the Cattle Stock yards and Meat Processing Centers were closed not allowing us to sell our livestock to maintain the farm. Therefore we had no resources to hire farm help to assist with maintaining the farm while my brothers were ill with Corona Virus. Additionally, monetary resources were loss from our crops production of not being able to be sold to local stores. To date, stores were not accepting locally grown crops not certified through USDA standards due Covid-19. Literally no resources are flowing our way to sustain his farm operation. Our goal is to raise $500k to retain the ownership and operation of our inherited family farm. Mr. Roberts is a 3rd Generation Farmer that operates and maintains the original 40 acres of land provided by the Land Allotment Act of Emancipation Proclamation. Mr. Roberts is trying to sustain his generational handed down land while simultaneously assisting his community to live healthier lives. This is done by providing his community with locally grown raised and harvested foods. This the best and cheapest way to go, since they are not factory farms that rely on artificial growth hormones and unnatural living conditions for the animals in order to maximize profits. As a local farmer he’s able to provide direct information when asked about his livestock, what they are fed, and their prices in order to determine what will best fit your family’s needs and budget.

Support the Last Black Farmer in Rural Oklahoma

Join us in becoming a part of history The Thomas Jefferson High School Varsity Football Team has earned the history making record of 10-2. This has been made possible through the commitment, dedication, and heart of each player and coach involved in bringing added pride to the Viking Family this school year. With this accomplishment, we now need the support of our community partners, alumni, family and friends to honor Thomas Jefferson High School and its football players with their very own customized Varsity Letterman Jackets. The Viking Team is comprised of 50 players and 5 coaches. Upon reviewing several vendors in our community, we have chosen Phresh Prints Ink, LLC. located in Philadelphia, PA as the vendor to design, customize, and supply the letterman jackets for our team. The jacket’s design will be red with white leather sleeves, the TJ logo located on breast, VIKINGS stitched across on the back, the commemorative year placed on one arm, and our season stats placed on the alternate arm. The quoted cost for each jacket is $125. The total cost of shipping for the entire order is $250. There is a one time set up fee of $100, and a cost of $150 for a sample jacket for player sizing purposes. The total cost for the jackets is $7,375. https://wtvr.com/2019/11/23/thomas-jefferson-makes-school-history-with-win-over-greensville/ [email redacted] (team jackets in the subject line) TEE JAY VIKINGS FUND PO Box 11451 Richmond, VA 23230 OR WE ACCEPT DONATIONS VIA PAYPAL Our team will be grateful for your financial contribution.

A cause I care about needs help

I've served in music ministry practically all of my life from singing background to leads/solos, to directing to recording, to overseeing an entire music and fine arts department. Leading worship has had it's highs and lows which causes me to share what I’ve learned. One of the highs is to watch those I lead grow in their relationship with God as they better understand the central idea of worship. Overseeing the department, I periodically hold a session called “Praise & Worship 101.” This training was originally designed for those leading worship, but now extends from the stage to the congregation. Here, I provide a fundamental perspective in praise and worship that keeps the focus on God. In 2015 I began writing a manuscript with this information in an effort to help up and coming worship leaders in our church. Before I knew it, a book took form. While in the process I decided to make it a product not just for worship leaders, singers and those in the music department, but also for the congregant. R.A.W. - The Basics is the first installment of a 3 part worship series. It was written with great ease and enlightenment, and was officially completed in February 2016. In talking with other authors and industry professionals, I’ve decided to self publish this book with a release date sometime in late spring/early summer 2016. While this option makes more sense in the long run, it requires more up front funding to pay for things like editing, mass production, distribution, marketing, promotions, and all the things associated with self publishing until the right publishing deal comes along. Currently the projected cost to fund this project is $6,000. This is all just a leap of faith toward something I believe will hold long lasting impact for worship leaders and those who desire to gain understanding in this area. Every $50 donation or greater will receive an autographed copy of R.A.W. - The Basics, and an exclusive R.A.W. The Basics promotional item as a keepsake AT the official book signing and celebration scheduled for late Spring 2016 in Richmond, Virginia. If you are unable to financially support this project, please share it with as many people as possible. The Campaign will close on April 30th 2016. Will you help me reach my goal? Thank you in advance for your contribution. Raymond Cottman, Soon To Be Published Author (with your help)
