<div>As a teenager, I was nearly trafficked by someone I trusted — a classmate I considered a friend. What began as a casual outing quickly turned into a terrifying trap. I was lucky. I escaped before the worst could happen.

<div>But many don’t.

<div>The trauma stayed with me for years. Yet from that pain came a purpose: to protect others from falling into the same darkness, and to help survivors find their way back to light and find the will to live a normal life.

<div>This is the story behind “Be The Voice” — a grassroots initiative dedicated to educating, empowering young people at risk; and supporting survivors of grooming, exploitation, and trafficking.
