Safe Harbor Veterans Housing — Opening Our Doors for Homeless Veterans in Greensboro Our Mission Safe Harbor Veterans Housing is launching the first home in Greensboro, North Carolina where veterans can live safely, affordably, and with dignity. This house will give veterans a stable place to rebuild their lives with structure, peace, support, and community. Why This Matters Too many of our veterans — who served our country — are now struggling without a stable place to call home. They don’t just need a temporary place to sleep; they need a foundation. I have seen firsthand how difficult it is for a veteran to get back on their feet without stable housing. This program exists because veterans deserve a peaceful place to rebuild with dignity and support. They showed up for us — now it’s time for us to show up for them. Where Your Donation Goes We’ve found the right home and are ready to open our doors. Your contribution will help cover: Security deposit and first month’s rent Beds, furniture, and kitchen essentials so veterans move into a fully equipped home Utility setup and connection fees Licensing and inspection fees to ensure we meet all safety standards Our Sustainable Model After launch, resident payments will cover the ongoing monthly costs, making this a self-sustaining program that can serve veterans for years to come.
