<div>We have <strong>endured numerous hardships</strong>. We have been <strong>displaced more than 5 times within northern Gaza, never reaching Rafah</strong>, always besieged under continuous bombardment, witnessing <strong>death day after day, miraculously escaping it.</strong>

<div><strong>On December 30th, we were trapped for 12 hours in a building belonging to our relatives, </strong>under constant airstrikes from planes and tanks. The upper floors were targeted and completely destroyed, <strong>but by the grace of God, we miraculously escaped under heavy gunfire and shelling.</strong> <strong>Mohammad was injured in his desperate attempt to escape danger,</strong> and now he suffers from a foot injury, exacerbated by the lack of medical care and malnutrition due to the famine we are facing.

The hospitals in southern Gaza are grappling with a severe shortage of capacity to accommodate the wounded in both regular departments and intensive care units. The situation has reached a critical point, with hospitals experiencing massive overcrowding, forcing hundreds of injured individuals to sleep on the floor in corridors and open squares.

Lack of clean water and hygiene is also a big challenge for little kids as this puts them at risk of getting diseases. <strong>The lack of healthy varied food is also an ugly face of the war where little children face malnutrition.</strong>

<div><strong>On the seventh of August, my family had already had its share of the suffering.</strong> My son Amir fell ill, and his health condition was poor. He was admitted to the hospital as a result. The doctor discovered an intestinal obstruction. Amir underwent abdominal surgery and stayed in the hospital for more than two weeks under follow-up. We are really concerned about the health of our little ones as well as their future which is now blurrily unclear.
