<div>Through my floral well-being workshops, I help people of all ages and abilities experience the mood-boosting and calming effects of flowers and plants. As someone with ADHD and long-term anxiety, I know firsthand how powerful creative expression through nature can be. My exhibit at Chelsea is not just about beauty—it’s about raising awareness of how working with flowers and being in natural landscapes can support mental health. I want to challenge outdated perceptions of floristry and show that floral design is for everyone, not just a traditional or elite practice.
