<div> We’re friends and family of <strong>Rosalynn Do</strong> fundraising for funds to help pay for her funeral expenses.

<div>She was diagnosed with Lupus as a teenager and has fought a tough battle. She was in and out of the hospital for the last several weeks due to a lupus flare-up. Shortly after, she experienced chest pains with difficulties breathing and doctors discovered multiple blood clots in her lungs, an issue she has experienced before. She was given oxygen tanks to help her breathe until she could come back for a consultation for surgery to remove the blood clots.

<div>On 8/24/2022, the night before her consultation, she was rushed to the hospital again as she wasn’t able to breathe. On 8/25/2022, the doctors decided to skip the consultation altogether and proceed with the surgery. We were told the surgery was a success and her mother waited for her to be transferred to the recovery room, but shortly after Rosalynn experienced complications post-surgery and her heart rate dropped. She couldn't be revived and was pronounced unresponsive. The family is still waiting for the full autopsy report but would like to keep it private.

<div> She moved to Austin, TX early this year, and the family would like to bring her back home to California, where she can be close to her family and friends. We are deeply saddened and shocked because she was still so young and full of life.

<div> <strong>Lupus</strong> (Systemic Lupus Erthematosus) is a condition that affects the immune system. There is no cure for Lupus at present and the body mistakenly attacks healthy parts of your body. It is not fully understood why it happens. A high percentage of people can live with Lupus under management....sadly this wasn't the case and the damage to her organs was too great.

<div> The donation proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards the transportation costs of bringing Rosalynn's remains back home to California and for her funeral expenses. We will update this page once we gather more information on each milestone reached. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have.

Tuesday  December 15th 2020  our  beloved son, grandson, brother,nephew, cousin and friend Jaime Ray Chavarin jr not only turned 3 months old but also gained his little angel wings as God gained another angel.........He was such a happy playful lil boy always smiling and giggling!! He brought so much happiness, joy and love to everybody!! This tragic event came so unexpectedly none of us saw this coming as his mother I still keep hoping this is all just a horrible dream that I will wake up from but then reality hits and the truth of the matter is  we have to organize his funeral, viewing and cremation but since this was so unexpected we are asking family and friends for donations to help us reach our goal to give our baby boy the proper services he deserves! If you knew Steve, you couldn’t help but fall in love with his mellow nature, infectious sense of humor, and the respect he showed to every person or situation that came across his path. His empathy and compassion for others had no bound. <br /><br />On October 15, 2020, Steve peacefully passed away from cancer with his family by his side. The hole he left in all of our hearts can never be filled, but the memories he left behind will be cherished by all those whom he touched. <br /><br />Steve’s spirit exuded positivity, kindness, humor, generosity, and love for everyone he met. He was that person you could always count on because he loved helping people because, frankly he was really bad at saying “no.” The idea of disappointing someone was something he simply couldn’t accept. His family meant everything to him, especially his children. Not long ago he said, “The boys mean so much to me, it’s a love I’ve never felt in my life.”<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/52083420_1603673617368226_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="52083420_1603673617368226_r.jpeg" /><br />Having Steve in your life meant you always had a cheerleader on the sideline, someone who would give you the shirt off his back or the last dollar in his pocket, and who always made you laugh harder than you thought possible. If he knew you were feeling down, he was amazing at saying just what you needed to hear to solve any problem. Steve had a gift for spreading love wherever he went. He had a genuine love of his profession, community, students, and colleagues. He was the kind of teacher who attended his students’ sports games and concerts and had kids return year after year to visit the teacher who worked tirelessly to teach, praise, and support them to be as successful as possible. Steve never referred to his job as “work” because it was a place that was filled with love and he felt lucky to come to school each day being able to share that joy with his students, fellow teachers, and everyone in the community. <br /><br />There has been a huge outpouring of love and support and many people wanted to know how they could help. Steve was always one of the first people to lend a helping hand when needed, so let us all “be like Steve” and help his family the way we all know he would have done for ours.
