<div>Foi por isso que criámos o Zona De(s)conforto e estamos a desenvolver a <strong>The Comfy App</strong>: uma aplicação gratuita onde jovens dos 12 aos 18 anos podem encontrar apoio emocional, conteúdos de prevenção e, quando necessário, falar de forma anónima com psicólogos.

<div>Young people’s mental health needs safe, accessible spaces designed especially for them.

<div>That’s why we created Zona De(s)conforto and are developing <strong>The Comfy App</strong> — a free app where vulnerable teens aged 12 to 18 can find emotional support, prevention content, and, when needed, talk anonymously with psychologists.
