Hi, I'm Isabella, I made this Gofundme for my grandparents. My grandpa, Steve is currently in critical condition in the hospital due to a massive heart attack. Although heart attacks are very common, his circumstances have put him in a position to where he is unable to function on his own. He's spent the last 4+ days sedated in the CICU, has went through multiple heart surgeries and is unable to breathe/function on his own right now. He works hard every day to come home and be with my grandmother who takes care of him just as equally. My grandmother Rose who is disabled is unable to support both of them. With him being critically ill and unable to provide for the two of them im worried they won't be able to afford to pay all of these medical bills, their mortgage, etc. Everything is changing every day in the hospital, and his overall health is causing a stressful situation with my grandmother. It's so hard not knowing where she'll end up or what the outcome with my grandpa will be. I want to help them in every way that I can. They're my best friends and they have done everything to support me, 19 years isn't long enough with the both of them, so please, if anyone would be so kind enough to help, please do. Even a single penny would help her and my grandpa out so much. This is something that has affected us and I'm usually not one to ask for anything, and if you know me, you know this. But this situation has brought my family great stress and pain, so even the slightest bit of help would be VERY much appreciated. Keep your prayers up please for my family and our situation. <div>Update- On July 29, 2022 my mother passed away after having recovered from her time at the hospital. She went in for a surgery to remove a colostomy bag and was getting ready to be discharged. Complications from the surgery caused her to go under cardiac arrest and she never made it out of the hospital. We are requestiong help for outstanding medical debt and help to plan her memorial service in Puerto Rico so she can be near her family. Previous funds helped my mother's extended stay at the nursing facility. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated.

<div>Hello everyone. My name is Rosimer Suarez. I am setting up this fundraiser for my Mother, Wilma Maldonado. On November, 16 2021, my mother was rushed to the emergency room and was admitted for DKA (ketoacidosis-diabetic coma). This caused many complications and affected her kidneys. We almost lost her a few times. In addition, the diabetic coma caused a small wound to turn into Necrotizing Fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria). She had 2 surgeries during her stay. One surgery to remove all the dead skin which left her with a very large open wound and another surgery to attach an ostomy bag. She remained in the hospital for 2 months and was recently transported to a skilled nursing facility where she is currently receiving treatment and healing. She still has much recovering to do. She continues to require extensive wound care. Unfortunately, Medicare will only cover 20 days of her stay at the facility and she will still require a lot of care. Any funds collected will only be used on expenses generated from her care and treatment. Funds will be put to use immediately. Please share this post with friends and loved ones so that we can get the word around. Any contribution you can make will be greatly appreciated. She is on the road to recovery now, and with your help, we can get there even faster!

Since January 7th Tony has been in ICU fighting for his life on January 20th we almost lost him, I just want to ask all my family &amp; friends to please keep him in your prayers as he still continues to fight for his life, his condition has not improved as the days go by with losing blood from his ruptured varices, his liver &amp; lungs both failing him, the infection of the Pneumonia still remains he is still incubated and has been sedated since his last surgery since he was admitted, his oxygen levels each day has become unstable, thank you to the one's who have showed up, call, text, the one's who have kept us in their prayers. I'm the type of person who keeps my life very private &amp; has no idea to be dependent on asking anyone for help, for the past 5 yrs that Tony &amp; I have been together we've always held each other down but, right now I have to be strong for the both of us, with all the expenses at hand and up coming medical expenses to come I'd appreciate any help that is given in the sake of getting him back to his best ability cause, I refuse to lose him under these circumstances, God bless you all &amp; thank you for any help possible I appreciate you all!
