<div>As some of you may know, Ky and her husband Aydden have been trying for a baby for many years.

<div>Ky has struggled with heavy, painful periods since age 14 and would be in and out of hospital frequently with no explanation. Ky finally saw a GP who listened and suspected endometriosis in 2014, but she sat on a waiting list for close to two years before receiving a call from Pindara Private Hospital for surgery.

<div>Ky's first surgery was in 2016, clearing out the endometriosis and the adhesions (scar tissue) so severe it was covering her organs like spider webs.
</div>

<div>Ky and Aydden decided to start trying for a baby soon after, because they were told it would be very difficult and they had a very high chance of ectopic pregnancy.
</div>

</div>
<div>In January 2019, Ky fell pregnant however was admitted to the emergency room with severe pains and bleeding, and received the horrible news that she was experiencing an ectopic pregnancy.
</div>

</div>
<div>The pregnancy ruptured Ky's left fallopian tube, which led to emergency surgery to remove the tube. Knowing it would be even harder to have children with only one tube remaining, they continued trying to conceive for another two years.
</div>

<div>Ky found out she was pregnant again in December 2020 and classed high risk due to her history. She was monitored closely in and out of hospital for four weeks with 48 hourly blood tests, but unfortunately rushed back to hospital January 2021 with another closely ruptured fallopian tube and emergency surgery to remove the right tube.

<div>Ky and Aydden's IVF journey started in March 2021 - so far, they have had three rounds with two transfers and still no baby Stimpson.
</div>

<div>As some of you may know, repeated IVF is not a feasible option financially. Together they have spent over $30,000 with no success. I have made this GO FUND ME to contribute toward the cost of their IVF to bring a miracle into the world.

<p>After much talk, soul searching and continued heart break, Nivek and us, as her family and friends have all concluded that she needs a new fur baby in her life STAT. It's important that Nivek has something to look forward too and a goal to work towards.

<p>A few months ago, we went to see a wonderful ethical Breeder in Warwick. Nivek spent the day covered in miniature schnauzers and fell in love with this place, it's owners and their beautiful dogs. Nivek meet with all the mummas and some pappas and has chosen her future babies Mummy. We are all very excited by the impending arrival of these babies.

<p>Dealing with a mental health issue is hard. Coping with the loss of your best friend is a trauma that I know we all hope we don't ever have to face. Our Nivek is. And it's hard. Most days, actually every day at the moment is a struggle.
</p>

</p>
<p>Unfortunately, life doesn't stop, around you, when you need it to. Bills happen, and we all know there is a lot of them. The medical bills are steep and Nivek's ongoing medical bills will be significant. Over the last few months Nivek has had to take considerable time off work whilst she deals with her mental health crisis both as an inpatient and outpatient requiring a lot of extensive travel back and forth to Brisbane.

<p>Dealing with this loss of income and knowing what debt is on hold and owing and what is to come, has made Nivek feel like she'll never be able to afford her new baby. The ongoing expenses required to support a pup through its first year of vaccinations, training, registration, worming, desexing, bedding etc, plus let’s not forget the fun things like toys, &amp; adorable outfits etc is extensive. If you've owned a pet, you know they are expensive, add in Covid and it's a mathematical equation that just doesn't add up!

<p>What we need to do now is secure Nivek her puppy by paying the deposit and then within those 8 weeks of baby puppies’ life, complete the payment for the remaining balance on collection. Hopefully, we'll have some left over to support this pups 1st year of life until Nivek finds her feet again.

<p>Nivek is under the guidance of a professional psychiatrist &amp; psychologist currently. It's the consensus of these medical professionals, Nivek and her family that a new dog in her life would give her a daily purpose and nurturing role that may inspire positive experiences and meaning. Please don't think that a new dog will 'fix' Nivek. Mental Health is not 'fixed' in this way. It's a slow and long process. We hope that a new dog will bring Nivek joy. The pain and coping with the loss of losing Bella will not be diminished or lessoned by a new puppy’s arrival. We can only hope and pray that puppy kisses are a medication that soothes Niveks soul.

Nivek needs our help.

Hi all, my name is Kevin Boan and I am born and bred in Murwillumbah where  I live with my wife Donna and 2 children Courteney and Amy, my  wife Donna has a blood disease myelofibrosis which is a serious bone marrow disorder that disrupts your body's normal production of blood cells. The result is extensive scarring in your bone marrow, leading to severe anemia, weakness, fatigue and often an enlarged spleen, it is a form of cancer! <br /><br />Donna has gone downhill the past few years and recently needed a bone marrow transplant, however there was no match found in family or the register, so after no matches were found, we used her sister Sonia as the donor as that was Donna’s last chance. <br /><br />Myself and Courteney and Amy have been staying in Brisbane while Donna has had the treatments in Brisbane hospital for about 7 months or more. Donna has had complications since the transplant and now has GVHD which is graft versus host disease and is a complication from the transplant, and she is on a trial drug from America! We are hopeful this will work. <br /><br />Having our rent to pay in Murwillumbah and living in Brisbane without me working while we live day to day with Donna’s condition We have now used all our savings and now all my super annuation. <br /><br />I am not one to ask for help but have no other option as now we are in need of some financial help for food for all of us  including the 2 children, also in need for petrol, but to also help with the cost of Donna’s medications! <br /><br />Any amount little, big, tiny is going to help! Donna's transplant

This is an online fundraiser for " Peter Dawes" husband to Margaret and father of 5, Deb, Jodi, Norm, Peter (dec) and Adam. Grandfather to 11 and great grandfather to 4. A resident of Uki and Murwillumbah for his whole 68 years Here's his story7 weeks ago Peter was admitted to hospital in a very bad way, within hours of getting to John Flynn he deteriorated and had to be put in an induced coma and have a breathing tube inserted to breath for him to give his heart a rest or he would have a cardiac arrest, At this time we were told things were not looking good, and we were facing the thought of losing him, once assessed it was found he had sepsis and it had affected his organs, Peter was on this for 7 days and the day he was to be taken off another dip on the roller coaster of the past 7 days happened, the infection blew out of his ankle and unfortunately had destroyed his flesh, an amputation was the only option, or die! We were told 99% he wouldn't be leaving the hospital, We were extremely happy for him be woken up and after some thought he agreed and made the decision to have the amputation, so he had his left leg taken below the knee, we were told due to numerous reasons Peter would be in rehab for at least 4-8 months, so that leaves plenty of time to get his home ready for him right??? NO in his usual stubborn way he has defied all odds and is killing it, he is acing the gym sessions in rehab, he is transferring himself from wheelchair to bed, he even told me tonight he went to the toilet and showered himself today, ( he did get in trouble) lol but he was chuffed he did it, and last Thursday was taken out on a day trip to his home with the occupational therapist to assess what modifications need to be done for him to be able to come home, IN 2 WEEKS, as long as we have everything done that he needs to be self sufficient, and to the Australian standard, the bathroom is the biggest issue with needing modifications and doorways widened for Peters wheelchair to go through with ease, a vanity he can roll up to and have a shave etc with Peter and Margaret both being On the pension and Margaret not been able to work many days out of the past 7 weeks in her part time job, also hospital bills coming through the funds are a little tight, as I said we thought we had 4-8 months, but Peter is chomping at the bit to be able to come home, Ok we have got the small things under control, the ramp, the rails etc but the bathroom is the big cost that we are asking for as assistance with, Margaret was thinking of a "sports charity day " to assist in getting the bathroom modified, which is a great idea with Peter playing golf at Murwillumbah golf club for most of his adult life, and being a huge sports star in his day with cricket and representing the Tweed in all levels of the cricket game! However the timeframe won't allow a sports charity day, so here we are an online fundraiser to help us pay to modify the bathroom that has to be done correctly to Australian standards or Peter won't be allowed home, we have a target of $4000 but if we get $100 that's $100 more than we had! So thank you in <br />Once we hit the $4000 we will stop the fundraiser advance for taking the time to read, donate or share! Picture this: you’re 24 and you find out you’ve inherited the BRCA Cancer gene and you are diagnosed with breast cancer - pretty heavy, right? At 24 most of us are still discovering what we want to do with our lives. To be dealt the cancer card at such a young age, how would you cope? Sophie has looked at it in an incredibly brave and positive way and has touched everyone around her with her vibrant outlook on life.<br /><br />Following her diagnosis, she continued working in retail at the popular electronic chain store JB HiFi. Going through treatment for cancer would be enough to halt most people, but not Sophie! Shortly after, she landed her dream job as Regional Merchandiser at St Vinnies Charity Stores. A thrifter at heart, Sophie revelled in the many antique gems and daily finds she came across at Vinnies and has built such a beautiful collection of treasures for her home - a home that is magazine worthy and something most people would only dream of!<br /><br />Between chemotherapy and radiation starting from 24-25 years of age, a double mastectomy, a hysterectomy and breast reconstructive surgery she continued to work and stayed positive throughout. By the age of 27, there was a light at the end of the tunnel for Sophie - she was given the all clear and was on the road to remission.<br /><br />In November 2014, Sophie met a true knight in shining armour, Leigh. They’ve enjoyed many trips together, moved into a beautiful home together and created a collection of amazing memories. Life was so perfect! They had so many plans for travel and exciting times ahead. This was until April 2016 when Sophie received some devastating news - her breast cancer had returned, in her bones this time, and there was no treatment plan. She is currently awaiting medical trials as her only hope. With this news she has begun the arduous task of selling off her vintage wares and clothes and relocating to a cheaper residence. Sophie is hoping to free up as much debt as possible, as it is uncertain how much time she has left. Leigh is staying strong by her side and supporting her through this difficult time. He is going though the motions of taking out a personal loan so that they can travel the world together while Sophie is still well enough to do so. Once again he is a true godsend, an absolute gem and an incredibly compassionate man. He will do anything to help Sophie tick off her bucket list, even if it means incurring a debt of his own.<br /><br />Sophie has always dreamt of travelling the world and visiting amazing places rich in history. With her recent diagnosis this has become more urgent, as it is unknown how much longer she will feel strong enough to do so. The time is now! However, her dreams are currently on hold due to financial constraints. Sophie has concerns about sending Leigh and her family into debt so that she  can fulfil her dream to see the world. This is where you come in! We seek your assistance to help this dream become a reality for Sophie and Leigh. <br /><br />Sophie is an absolute beaming light in our lives, a bubbly, witty, amazingly honest and beautiful human being. She makes life fun and is always there for you when you’re in need. To say we are heartbroken to imagine a world without her is an understatement.
