<div>My name is Diego Paixão, father of Wagner (Vah - gner ) Paixão a first grader at PS 174.

<div>Last school-year, Wagner had a difficult time transitioning into kindergarten and was often removed from the classroom.
</div>

<div>One Friday, he was sent to the library where Chess Club was taking place. There, he found something that he didn't know he was looking for: Wagner immediately took interest, and was instantly welcomed with warm hearts. He continued to play weekly until the end of the school year.

<div>He looked forward to playing chess in school this year - but it just.. ended.
</div>

<div>Unfortunately, the Chess Club is no longer offered at PS 174. This upsetting loss underscores the need to not only protect but expand our enrichment school programs.

<strong>Having a family is a wish for some of us.</strong><br /><br />My Uncle Efren, is the true definition of a loving man and putting others first. He has been married to his wife Bella for 38 years. And what him and his wife loin for was family. As years passed by, Bella was diagnosed that she will never be able to have kids of her own. This was devastating to them and kept it to themselves for years. <br /><br /><br />As time passed by they decided to adopt in Guayaquil, Ecuador. This was back home for them, they wanted to offer someone a gift of being a part of a family and them having one as well. So they adopted a beautiful girl Sully into their lives. <br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/52940114_1606768473870465_r.jpeg" alt="52940114_1606768473870465_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" /><br /><br />Sully lives in Ecuador and Efren and Bella decieded she will go too Ecuador to expedite the process to bring Sully home to NY. However, this wish was ended short. Bella got the coronavirus in Ecuador and this is truly devastating for Efren. My uncle felt powerless not knowing what to do exactly, he decided to go to Ecuador. In the transition of all this Bella passed away due to Covid-19. Leaving there 10 years old daugher stranded in Ecuador. <br /><br /><br />My Uncle Efren has arrived too Ecuador now to attempt to bring his daughter Sully home. However, he is facing many financial challenges and governmental issues now. He is not currently working due to he is Ecuador arranging his loving wife funeral and bringing Sully home, so his funds are depleting drastically. The US Embassy is denying to bring her daughter home. <br /><br /><br />He is here asking for your help to bury his wife and bring his daughter home. <br /><br /><br />I am Miguel his Nephew, the funds will be used for all burial purposes and any paper work to bring Sully home. I asked personally if anyone reads this that’s a lawyer, has knowledge of this or works in the US Embassy or Ecuadorian Embassy to help my uncle bring his daughter home.<br /><br /><img src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/52940114_1606768580434441_r.jpeg" width="100%" media_type="3" alt="52940114_1606768580434441_r.jpeg" /><br />Tener una familia es un deseo para algunos de nosotros.<br /><br />Mi tío Efren, es la verdadera definición de un hombre amoroso que pone a los demás en primer lugar. Esto fue devastador para ellos y se lo guardó para ellos durante años.<br /><br />Con el paso del tiempo decidieron adoptar en Guayaquil, Ecuador. Esto fue de vuelta a casa para ellos, querían ofrecerle a alguien el regalo de ser parte de una familia y que ellos también tuvieran una. Así que adoptaron a una hermosa niña, Sully, en sus vidas.<br /><br />Sully vive en Ecuador y Efren y Bella decidieron que ella irá también a Ecuador para acelerar el proceso y llevar a Sully a Nueva York. Sin embargo, este deseo se terminó brevemente. Bella contrajo el coronavirus en Ecuador y esto es realmente devastador para Efren. Mi tío se sintió impotente sin saber qué hacer exactamente, decidió irse a Ecuador. En la transición de todo esto, Bella falleció debido al Covid-19. Dejando allí a hija de 10 años varada en Ecuador.<br /><br />Mi tío Efren ha llegado también a Ecuador ahora para intentar traer a su hija Sully a casa. Sin embargo, ahora enfrenta muchos desafíos financieros y problemas gubernamentales. Actualmente no está trabajando debido a que está en Ecuador organizando el funeral de su amada esposa y llevando a Sully a casa, por lo que sus fondos se están agotando drásticamente. La embajada de Estados Unidos se niega a traer a su hija a casa.<br /><br />Está aquí pidiendo su ayuda para enterrar a su esposa y traer a su hija a casa.<br /><br />Soy Miguel, su sobrino, los fondos se utilizarán para todos los fines del entierro y cualquier papeleo para llevar a Sully a casa. Pregunté personalmente si alguien lee esto que sea abogado, tenga conocimiento de esto o trabaje en la Embajada de los Estados Unidos o la Embajada de Ecuador para ayudar a mi tío a traer a su hija a casa.

Help Me Bring My Daughter and Bury My Wife

Mr. Andre was the beloved security guard at Parkway. He was loved by staff, students and parents! He knew all students by name and knew their likes and dislikes. He knew what made them smile and knew how to turn around anyone’s bad day! As our security guard he always made sure we were safe and he was grateful to be part of the Parkway Family. East Meadow was lucky to have him as part of our school community. If you would like to donate, all funds will go directly to his wife Shamika and their twelve year old daughter. Thank you!

We are trying to raise funeral funds for Kristopher "Kiko" Martinez. The young man in the picture with his mother passed away on October 26th, 2018. His mother, Loraine, has been away from home and her son for a few weeks leaving Kiko in the capable care of her family. Unfortunately, while she was away the young boy passed. Now, the mother's family is needing to scrape together whatever they can for a proper funeral for Kristopher. Loraine's mother is in debt already and needs whatever help she can get. The goal is set at $1000, however, any cent will be appreciated and will help an amazing family give a proper funeral to an amazing young boy. Thanks.
