<div>We want to remember Valeisha for all the beautiful parts of her. She was always the friend to be there when you needed a shoulder to cry on, the first to defend you when you needed help. She was the kind of woman who would go above and beyond in everything she did. She loved SpongeBob and always made references that made you giggle. She would write sticky notes for her friends to show that she loved them. She also had a big love for fry bread and chicken nuggets. She was a strong advocate for mental health and worked alongside many people who went through alcohol and drug recovery, as well as the psych unit, where many people came in for mental health reasons. She made so many people laugh and was always there to remind you that you are loved and special. She was very proud of her rich culture, loving pow wow, and always talking about the traditions, the food, and experiences, always extending the invite to whoever wanted to go. She was a light in the dark places, always making people smile and her desire to make people feel like they belonged. We will always remember her incredible heart, the most incredible friend, coworker, cousin, sister, and daughter.

<div>My name is Gabby, and my 18 year old  brother Aza was in a severe snowboarding accident yesterday. He broke his neck and the doctors gave him a 5% chance of ever walking again. He is getting surgery today to fuse his cervical spine, and he will need years of rehab and physical therapy to ever walk again. It’s one of those moments that you think can only happen to someone else, until it happens in your family. Anything can help him, thank you.

Last year in an effort to give back, Enlite Home raised over $5,000 for the children’s hospital of Mexico City.  Santa Claus and the Enlite team handed out gifts and enjoyed quality time with the children patients and their families. We were extremely touched by the happiness and gratitude shown for our small gesture. This year, while discussing how we wanted to give back, it was an easy decision to return to Mexico City and do more!<br /><br />As with last year, we are covering all of our own travel, lodging, and expenses. Every penny raised goes straight to the children and hospital. This time around we’re looking to make a larger impact! Our goal this year is $8000. The increased donations will allow us to provide gifts for the children, and in addition, supply much needed for the hospital so they’re able to provide the best care.   <br /><br />We invite our families, friends, and customers to join us in this charity project by donating here. Even the smallest donation makes a difference.
