<div>They were found living inside a condemned home—<strong>with no access to water</strong>.

<div>Many are severely matted. Several are pregnant or nursing. Nearly all are suffering from painful ear infections. One young Frenchie has endured such extreme neglect that untreated ear polyps have left him unable to hear—he now urgently needs surgery.

<div>Todd is a board-certified family physician and co-founder of Our Quadruple Aim, a movement that challenges the status quo in healthcare and promotes patient experience, quality care, lower costs, and provider wellness. He has over 20 years of experience in providing quality patient care, leading teams, and managing projects in various settings, including the United States Navy, where he was honored as the naval flight surgeon of the year in 2006 for the Atlantic Fleet. And, most recently has joined Emergency Care Specialists in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Amy is always thinking one step ahead of the process. She also oversees the technical direction of our projects, so that all of our creative ideas can be realized without limitations. In addition to numerous short-format editorial works, Amy has completed two feature-length documentaries and is currently working on her third. <div>With heavy hearts and immense grief, we share the tragic news of the loss of our beloved Felipa Martinez-Garcia, who was struck by a vehicle on the morning of April 7th, 2025, while walking to work along her usual route on Route 9 in Colonie, New York. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Our lives have been shattered in an instant, and our hearts are broken as we begin to mourn the sudden loss of a woman who meant everything to us.

<div>Felipa was not only a devoted mother and life partner, but also a pillar in our family and in our community. For over 16 years, she worked at the Latham Farms McDonald’s, where she was more than just an employee—she was a familiar, friendly face who greeted every customer with warmth, kindness, and grace. Her coworkers became like a second family, and her loyalty to her job was unmatched. No matter the weather—rain, snow, freezing cold—she never missed a shift. She walked to work every day on the same path, the same routine, for over a decade and a half. She was on that path the morning she was taken from us.

<div>Felipa was a woman of strength, faith, and compassion. She worked tirelessly to provide for our family, often putting others before herself. She gave everything she had to make sure her children were safe, loved, and supported. Her spirit lives on in all of us.

<li>We wanted to share an update on Dawn Angelotti. Almost a year ago she was diagnosed out of the blue with metastatic lung cancer. The family had just relocated to Florida and struggled to make ends meet and pay for medications while she underwent chemotherapy, radiation, and many hospitalizations for complications. Your donations were so helpful . She did miraculously well for almost a year and was able to spend quality time with her husband and sons. Dawn is now on home hospice. They are so grateful for the wonderful care she is receiving from her hospice nurses. They are also thankful for the support of friends, family and the community. Dawn is a devout Christian. Please keep her in your prayers.

<div>My brave sister-in-law, <strong>Dawn Angelotti</strong>, has always been the backbone of her family. Nineteen years ago, she helped my brother recover from a life-changing accident. He was thrown from his motorcycle and suffered multiple injuries including losing the use of his right arm. He became hopeless and depressed until Dawn reached out with words of empathy and inspiration to help him see that life was worth living. They soon married and were overjoyed when she gave birth to their son Brody. She became the family’s breadwinner, working hard while my brother stayed home to care for their son.

<div>But now, <strong>Dawn is facing a battle no one should fight without support: metastatic lung cancer that has spread to her liver and heart .</strong>

<div>She is undergoing aggressive chemotherapy, but the illness has taken away her ability to work. With no income, their family has become homeless. They’re currently living in a hotel in Florida, without even a car to get her to treatment or their 13 year-old son to school.
