<div>Hi everyone, my name is Zoe Powell, and I’m setting up this fundraiser for my very close friend Ceri Gittins and her beautiful Old English Bulldog, Remmi.
</div>

</div>
<div>Remmi has been part of Ceri’s family since she was just 8 weeks old — she’s now 4 and a half years old and means the absolute world to them all. Sadly, Remmi has been diagnosed with BOAS (Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome) — a serious breathing condition common in bulldogs.

<div>Without surgery, Remmi’s condition will keep getting worse. When she gets stressed or overheated, her heart rate shoots up to 260 beats per minute, and it’s heartbreaking to watch. If she doesn’t get the operation soon, her heart could give out, and she could die.

<div>Ceri is one of the kindest, most caring women you’ll ever meet — she’s always there for everyone, never asks for anything in return, and has done so much for me and my family. Now it’s our turn to give something back.

<div>Hi, my name is Ashleigh and I’m setting up this fundraiser on behalf of my cousin Zoe and her Fiance Ben, who has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 ALS/MND (Motor Neurone Disease)

<div>The same cruel and progressive condition that affected Stephen Hawking.
</div>
<div>It affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, eventually taking away the ability to move, speak, eat, and breathe.
</div>
<div>Ben is just 43 and has been with my cousin, Zoe for 17 years. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life and are raising nine children a loving, tight-knit family now facing the unthinkable.

<div>They are devastated by this diagnosis. But there is hope — and that hope lies in Beijing, China, where a specialist stem cell treatment could change the course of his illness.
