<div>Hello everyone, my name is Salma Torres, daughter of Telesforo Torres López. It deeply saddens my heart to share the news that we tragically lost my dad on Monday 05/05/2025 in a fatal incident while at work when he took his final breath at 15:30.

<div>My dad was our everything. He was a man that would always put the needs of others before his own. Family members and friends knew he was someone to count on. Someone that helped others without judgment and never expected anything in return. Even after having worked long hours in the scorching sun, if he would see us come home in a bad mood he would hug and baby us until he managed to squeeze a smile out of us. He would serve us a cup of water, happily cut up an orange and caress our face while he listened to our problems. He would give us his comforting advice and offer his unconditional love and support, letting us know he would provide us with anything we needed. His joy came from giving and supporting those he loved. He always worked very hard for his family to provide them with everything he could and he took his final breath doing so.

<div>My dad’s heart was so pure and full of love. He was a devoted father, loving husband, caring brother and will always be remembered as such. We miss him immensely. It’s been very difficult for me, my mom and sister to come to terms with his death and accept that he is no longer with us. <div>Buenas tardes a todos, mi nombre es Salma Torres, hija de Telesforo Torres López. Es con mucha tristeza compartir la noticia que mi papi, perdió su vida el lunes 05/05/2025 en un incidente en el trabajo cuando tomó sus últimos suspiros a las 15:30.

<div>Mi papi fue nuestro mundo entero. Era un hombre muy querido y que siempre pensaba en los demás antes que el mismo. Su familia lo conocía como alguien que siempre estaba dispuesto para poder ayudar sin juzgar, ni buscar algo a cambio. Aún después de haber estado trabajando largas horas en el sol, siempre venía a casa y nos escuchaba pacientemente. Si veníamos a casa de malas, el nos consentía haste que nos sacara una sonrisa. Siempre nos servía un vaso de agua y amablemente nos cortaba una naranja. Acariciaba nuestras caras, y nos apapachaba mientras escuchaba nuestras molestias. Nos aconsejaba y nos dejaba saber que siempre estaría ahí para darnos todo lo que necesitábamos y apoyarnos en cualquier manera posible. Siempre trabajo muy duro para poder sacar a su familia adelante para que nunca nos faltara nada, y desafortunadamente así pasó sus últimos momentos.

A sido muy difícil para mí, mi mami y mi hermanita pasar por estos tiempos difíciles y aceptar la pérdida de mi papi. Estamos creando este GoFundMe para poder cubrir los gastos funerarios de mi papi.
