<div>Help give my father a proper funeral. My father Jose Acuña,  passed away On the afternoon of July 19. He battled with dementia, Parkinson’s disease , and pneumonia. He was 71 years old and would be 72 in September, my siblings and I are struggling to afford the funeral expenses and give our dad the services he deserves. My father was a very loving and caring person, he loved to joke around and make people laugh. He immigrated from El Salvador for a better future, and always worked hard for his family. Giving him a proper funeral would be our way to pay him back for everything he did for us. Please share this to help out my father.

<div>Hello family, friends and Latino community, my name is Stephanie Sanchez I respectfully ask a moment of your time; we are living through tough times, a nightmare today is my family and tomorrow many more. Fear and unlawful detentions have overshadowed all of our lives. We pray and hope it does not happen to our family, however when it does you are left empty hopeless and heartbroken. On June 13,2025 at 7:50am my father Juan Carlos Sanchez was detained in front of his house in Bell Gardens. He was going to drop off my mom to work when they surrounded him, cuffed him and treated him like a criminal. My father, grandfather, husband and hardworking community member and the sole proprietor of our family was detained by ICE. My father has no criminal record, has never been arrested, was racially profiled and detained simply for being Mexican. His whereabouts were unknown for more than 48hrs. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and medicated. As of today June 18, they have moved him to a tent placement somewhere in Texas. I can not fight this alone, we have contacted an immigration attorney and as you know that can be very expensive; Let alone one filed documentation cost roughly $2,000. Therefore I respectfully ask if you could please help my family and I, fight against this injustice. This go fund me will help with attorney expenses and aid relief to my family during these financial hardships. Thank you for supporting my family and may god bless yours.

On March 22nd our beloved Daniel, passed away. Circumstances around his death are still under investigation but the mortuary has released his body. Daniels family is planning a funeral/celebration for all of his friends to attend. This process can be pricey and anything helps! Daniel loved everyone and was a friend to anyone who met him.
