<div>Dorothy is currently in the Philippines, where access to affordable, comprehensive cancer care is limited. Her health insurance covers only a small fraction of the costs, and like many middle-class families, we were unprepared for the financial toll this illness would bring.

<div>Despite everything, Dorothy remains incredibly strong. She’s undergoing multiple rounds of chemotherapy and bone treatments, and she faces each day with courage and grace. But the costs are mounting, her savings are depleted, and our family’s resources are quickly diminishing.
