<div>Hi, my name is Samuel Ardito. Many of you knew me as a young boy with a rare autoimmune disease called systemic vasculitis, who underwent a bone marrow transplant in 1998, became the 15th Honorary United States Marine, had dozens of fund-raising events all over the state of Connecticut, or even remember me because of my past artwork. Well let me catch you up just a bit. My family decided to move to Naples Florida in 2003. I was a thriving 8th grader. Four years had passed and in 11th grade I had gotten the shingles and that triggered an immune response and this time around with new symptoms of systemic vasculitis. I had to quit the lacrosse team, had to stop working because of chemotherapy; had to finish up the 12th grade at home. I wad barely able to walk without pain because of nerve damage and joint inflammation. My life came to a full standstill again. I suffered several TIAs or mini strokes after high school between 2009-2015. First stroke caused full deafness of my left ear. I am unable to work at all because of the damage to my kidneys caused by the vasculitis. I have major brain fog, and chronic fatigue daily and this makes it such a challenge to even do the simplest of tasks. The chronic fatigue and brain fog could be from my kidney damage, the systemic vasculitis or both. I am currently living with my parents in FL and need to rely on them since I am unable to work and have no vehicle. I am grateful for my parent’s help but this was never a situation I ever thought I’d be in and it’s all medical related. I know I will get through this somehow but support from others goes such a long way.

<div>On 6/4/22, 15-year-old Wyatt was out on the practice track doing what he loves. He was projected off his dirtbike into the woods and was unconscious. He was flown into the hospital, sedated and intubated while they accessed his injuries. He has a small brain bleed, he broke a leg, jaw and has a deep laceration on his neck, exposing his bone. He needs to remain intubated until his extensive surgeries are completed, including his jaw wired shut, his leg surgery, and plastic surgery on his laceration. He is currently in the pediatric ICU, and while we know he is getting the best care he can, the medical bills are stacking up. Our main focus is getting Wyatt the surgeries and care he needs. While he is in the hospital, both his parents are out of work at his bedside. It will be an extended period of time before everything is done, and we are asking for prayers for a miracle for our sweet Wyatt. Any penny helps as his family should not have to worry about the financial aspect of this accident, and our main focus is getting Wyatt better and awake. <div>Hello Everyone. My name is Stephanie Timiney and I have created this fundraiser on behalf of my brother-in-law David Taylor. In July of 2021 David was diagnosed with idiopathic multi-centric Castleman's Disease (iMCD). Castleman's Disease is a very rare disorder of they lymph nodes, similar to lymphoma, but it is not a cancer. The general prognosis/survival rate for iMCD is poor with a survival rate of 65% at 5 years and approximately 60% die within 10 years. This diagnosis has been devastating for his wife, Clarissa, and their 10 year old son, Hunter. David is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment and has received 4 out of his 8 planned rounds of treatment. While he is able to receive his chemotherapy locally in Texas, he has to travel to UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas for his CT and PET scans as well as his follow up visits with his specialist. While the family does have insurance, the loss of income as well as insurance deductibles have made things financially difficult for their family. David Taylor Castleman's Disease Medical Expenses

Pastor Eddie Woods is the Lead Pastor of City Point Church in Allen, TX. <br /><br />On Friday night, May 8th, Pastor Eddie was taken to the ER due to increasing heart and breathing issues that began earlier in the week and continued to worsen. He was admitted and tested for COVID first – which came back negative. He was moved into ICU and by Saturday morning, his condition worsened. He has been transferred to another hospital in Dallas and currently has a team of heart specialists working with him. Right now, doctors are saying that he is in heart failure and will need a heart transplant. <br /><br />Pastor Eddie and his family are on a non-traditional shared insurance plan. Due to the nature of how shared insurance plans work, negotiations are still underway between insurance and the hospital but have not yet come to an agreement. (An agreement could still be reached and other insurance options may be secured that could pay for the procedure). <br /><br />Regardless, the ongoing medical costs for heart transplants result in what a medical professional said would cost tens of thousands of dollars per year in prescription drug costs alone post transplant for the rest of his life. The cash price cost of the heart transplant is $465,862. This cost would cover his transplant and medical care during his hospital stay.
