Daniel Smith

Hello everyone,I am Daniel Smith. I been living in Hudson Florida all my life and 5 years ago I inherited my father's house when he passed away. Unfortunately at 4am on Dec 15th my house caught fire. We were not able to determine the cause of the fire but we were able to get everyone and all the animals out. Half the house was destroyed and I lost a lot of possessions. I may own the land but don't have any insurance,so I have to get the house demolished and replaced out of pocket. Given I live paycheck to paycheck,it's going take a very very long time. I could stay at a friend's house but the Uber rides costs too high to save up,so I been sleeping in my shed. Got no electricity and didn't have water for the first month cause the pipes were in such bad condition. And the winter cold was practicularlly hard in the shed during January. I greatly appreciated all the coworkers who donated blankets and body warmers and sweat clothes. Yeah I'm getting by doing what needs to be done. Going to the laundry mat to clean my clothes, charging my phone at work, taking hot showers at the gym, cutting expenses,etc. All while cleaning up the wreckage in the house and yard when I have time and feeling well. Even tho I miss having electricity and Internet,I don't wish to quit my job and move and start over, so I will give this my best. I ask for your help so that I can cover any permits,labor, possible fines from the county,and materials. I thank you in advance for any support you can give, financial or otherwise.
