<div>He loved hockey.  He loved playing the drums.  He was not only a deceptively strong defensive player, but he was just an overall awesome kid.  Liam's loss will not only affect those who knew him but it's rocked the entire youth hockey community here in south DFW.  Words can't describe the grief that comes from a loss like this. Angela Opatz Memorial & Trust for Kids

Hello everyone, <br /><br />As many of you know, and some may not, Worthington lost one of the most kind and caring hearted woman last night. In December 17th, Heather Kleve passed away in a car accident, she leaves behind 4 kids! Zak, Aliyah, Zaydan, and a daughter-in-law Olivia. If you knew her you would know these kids are her world! <br /><br />This family has had a rough stint in the last couple of years! Now is our time to help these 4 kids with getting through this current situation with funeral costs and future expenses that may present to the family that Heather would have helped them with! <br /><br />Heather would have dropped everything to help anyone, leaving the world and her family far too soon. So, I'm asking that we take our turn to help her kids with expenses! Logan was brought to heaven peacefully during sleep. We are absolutely devastated but comforted in knowing he is with Jesus. <br /><br />Logan was a 17month Little sweetheart. He loved his family. Playing with his auntie Jenny and big brothers Parker and Conor! He made us laugh constantly. He played with kitchen utensils all the time..,including bringing frying pans on walks, kitchen spoon to the beach, spatula on the plane and threw that spatula off the balcony! He loved being outside with lawn mowers and hockey sticks. His favorite phrases, “have a good day!” “Outside!” “My treat” “ok let’s go!” “Boppee (coffee)”. At night before bed he loved to try and make mama laugh. He brought so much joy to our life and we feel blessed to have had this time with him...we are so sad it ended this early. We love you Logan!!! ❤️❤️❤️<br /><br />We are asking for donations to help Cheryl and Brian with unexpected funeral costs and time off from work. Thank you for prayers and your support!

This is Landen, he is the sweetest kindest 5 year old you will ever meet. His soul is soft and gentle and instantly brings a smile to everybody he meets. He is full of energy and life and enjoys soccer, playing with friends and family and playing hockey with his brother and sister. He was enjoying a day at the Mall of America with his mom and friend on Friday morning when a stranger maliciously grabbed him and threw him over the 3rd floor balcony for no apparent reason. The family doesn’t know him and are completely clueless as to why this monster would target their family with this heinous act of violence. <br /><br />My wife and His mother have been best friends since they were 3 years old. They have grown up together, started their families together and truly have a lifelong friendship for the ages. Their family is always so generous to others, they give without expecting anything in return and are the type of family you always hope to live next door. <br /><br />Landen has a very long road to recovery ahead of him. He suffered life threatening injuries, many people who fall from that distance aren’t as lucky to make it. He has many surgeries ahead in his life to try to get back to a normal life for a young, vibrant boy. We started this GoFundMe for their family to help cover the immense medical costs and rehabilitation costs for the long road ahead. Tara, Hunter, Nolan and Carrigan's life changed forever on Sunday March 11th.  There was a tragic accident that took Jason Healds life.  As we all know losing a husband, a dad is something we can hardly comprehend especially when the loss is so sudden.  Tara, Hunter, Nolan and Carrigan are completely heartbroken.  There are no words to heal the heartbreak and nothing we can do to take the tears away but we can come together and show that we care and want to help.  Tara will have a long road ahead of her dealing with many issues.  One thing we can do as friends is to ease the financial burden.  Anything we can contribute during this difficult time will be appreciated.<br /><br />Thank you for caring and your support.

This weekend the Kiel family suffered a devestating tragedy.  Travis was killed in a five vehicle crash on Highway 23 in Mille Lacs County near Foreston.<br /><a href="http://wjon.com/2-people-killed-in-5-vehicle-crash-on-highway-23-near-foreston/" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://wjon.com/2-people-killed-in-5-vehicle-crash-on-highway-23-near-foreston/</a><br /><br />All who knew Travis loved him- he was always in a great mood, always willing to help, always had fun and enjoyed life to the fullest.  <br /><br />He leaves behind his wife Erin, also with Keller Williams Realty, his daughter Whitney (7) and son Wyatt (4).<br /><br />Travis's Funeral Information:<br />Visitation from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM on Sunday evening <br /><br />Funeral will be 11 AM on Monday<br /><br />Both will be at the First Presbyterian Church 306 Norway Drive in Foley.<br /><br />Following the service on Monday there will be a celebration of life at Henry's Catering &amp; Event Center (6774 Minnesota 25, in Foley) where everyone can come eat and share stories about Travis.<br /><br />Our Keller Williams Realty office is asking for donations to cover the costs associated with this heart breaking event.  Any amount you are able to give is so gratefully appreciated as we keep Erin, Whitney and Wyatt in our thoughts and prayers.

Dylan is a smart, athletic 13 year old kid with a great sense of humor. Midway through the winter basketball season his left heel began hurting. We brought him in to the Orthopedic Doctor in early February and he was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. 8 weeks later it still wasn't getting better, and after he ran the mile in school he couldn't even walk on his foot. We brought him back in and they did an X-ray, after the X-ray they ordered an MRI, after the MRI they referred us to the Mayo Clinic for a 6cm x 3cm x 3cm mass in his left ankle/heel. We arrived at the Mayo not sure what to expect...The Oncologist suggested possible cancer which was hard to accept. 7 days after our initial visit and a whirlwind of Doctor appointments later, Dylan was diagnosed with Malignant Ewing's Sarcoma. He is undergoing several more tests this week, and on Monday 6/5 he will go under for a discovered lung nodule biopsy, a bone marrow biopsy of his hips, and a Portocath surgically implanted into his upper chest. The Portocath will allow the doctors to administer chemotherapy medicine, fluids, and probable blood transfusions over the next 28 weeks. He will have to undergo chemo treatment's every 2 weeks for 6 months, with alternating treatments of 5 days and 1 day. Dylan will likely go into surgery to remove the mass inside his ankle bone after 6 sessions. He was well educated on how hard chemo will be, and that all of his hair will fall out (sorry ladies)... After it is all said and done Radiation treatment will likely occur to ensure all cancer cells are destroyed.<br />Dylan has been in such good spirits throughout (despite a few expected tough times) and we feel strong as a family. He understands that a positive attitude is of the greatest importance and that strength comes from within. The Doctors love him and he talks every one of there ears off, and his charm shines bright with every nurse he encounters. :)<br /><br />Please help the Bourassa's in any way you can!  They will be missing alot of work and have many medical expenses in the weeks and months to come.  Let's help take some of the stress off of them so they can focus on helping Dylan kick this cancer in the butt!<br /><br />#DYLANSTRONG

Though I will preparing for these three competing sectors over the next several months, my absolute main focus is on the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. The Global Down Syndrome Foundation is a public non-profit 501 (c) (3) dedicated to significantly improving the lives of people with Down Syndrome through Research, Medical Care, Education and Advocacy. Since Down Syndrome is the least-funded genetic condition in the United States, fundraising and government advocacy is a major goal in order to correct the alarming difference of national funding for people with this condition.<br /><br />Along the way to the Miss Colorado pageant in October, I hope to overall gain self-confidence and make a difference through my work with the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. <br /><br />If you would like to help assist me along this journey, any amount of donation would be much appreciated! The money will go toward the registration fee to enter the state pageant.
