<div>It is with a hopeful heart that I come to you today, seeking your help and support for my dear friend, Alyssa and her family. Just a week ago, her 11-year-old daughter, Giulianna, a bright, and spirited soul, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). What started as a fever and some unusual spots quickly turned their world upside down, leading to a rushed visit to the ER and a devastating diagnosis and immediate admission to pediatric oncology.

<div>This courageous young girl isn't alone in her battle. She has her identical twin sister right by her side, ready to face whatever comes their way. But the road ahead is daunting – not just in terms of medical challenges, but also emotionally and financially. As they navigate this unimaginable journey, they'll need all the love, support, and prayers we can offer.

<div>Their lives have been abruptly put on hold, with much uncertainty facing them. Hospital stays, grueling treatments, homeschooling, and a complete upheaval of their daily lives are just the beginning. And as if that weren't enough, the weight of medical bills and living expenses looms large over their family. Alyssa is a single mom and sole provider, who needs to dedicate as much of her time as possible to Giulianna’s care without the stress from all of the above.

<div>In the face of such adversity, Alyssa has made the decision to prioritize her daughter's well-being and privacy. So, while she won't be sharing many pictures during this time, she’s committed to keeping us updated on Giulianna’s progress.
